This faceted smokey quartz has a lighter smokey color with gold tones. There are no flaws in it. These go for $3 per carat and this is 19 carats. This is great for that showy ring or pendant.

The shipping price quoted in this listing is just general. The shipping price will depend on your location.

My standard shipping rates are based on the United States Postal Service First Class Rate shipping costs. Often I will ship priority mail without flat rate to save you money. I will return any unused shipping that is over $1.00 USD via the payment option that you selected. Remember that First Class Shipping has no tracking or insurance. If you wish to use Priority Shipping (which has tracking and insurance for items valuing up to $50), please contact me for rates prior to buying.

*Insurance costs will be covered by me for anything breakable when Priority Shipping Costs are paid by the Customer.
* Insurance is insisted upon on SOME items since they are fragile and scarce, this protects both YOU, the buyer, and myself if it is damaged or lost in transit.

If a different shipping method is required or desired, please send me a message PRIOR TO PURCHASE so we can agree upon the chosen method and cost. I will then reserve the item for you with the adjusted shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use USPS First Class International to ship international orders. The USPS First Class service does not offer tracking information. Packages shipped this way usually takes 2-4 weeks, but can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on your country's customs processes.

Our shipping charges do not include any customs duties or fees. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply. PLEASE look into your country's import policies before you make your purchase.

We do offer expedited shipping services for U.S. & International orders via Priority Mail & Express Mail / Overnight

If you order after 5PM EST, it will be considered a next day order.


Payments

At present I only accept direct payment through Etsy (preferred), Pay Pal, and credit cards through Pay Pal. if you have any questions, please ask them PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Also, please double check the item you are ordering prior to clicking on PAY on pay pal, as a safety precaution. This is to make sure you get what you ordered and did not order the wrong item unknowingly. All Florida purchasers must also pay a sales tax rate of 6%. This will be billed if you live in that state.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

These items are sold "as is" and non-returnable. Some of these treasures might have some minor imperfections due to the age of the item. Because of this "all sales are final" except for the following::

If there are no pictures from YOU, I will be Unable to file a claim with the Post Office and return your money to you. Please re-read the above and contact me with any questions.

If your item does not arrive for some reason , I will offer a full refund paid in two parts. First, I will refund HALF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. Then I will file a claim with the US Postal Service. This takes approximately 3 weeks to complete if done online. Once an accepted claim from the PO is received, I will refund the remainder of your purchase cost.

NOTE: ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED THROUGH PAY PAL. WHEN YOU ACCEPT PAY PAL PAYMENTS, WHICH YOU WOULD BE RECEIVING, PAY PAL TAKES THEIR CUT SO THE REFUND AMOUNT MAY NOT BE THE EXACT AMOUNT YOU SPENT. IT IS USUALLY .30 FOR THE TRANSACTION AND SMALL PERCENT OF WHAT THE REFUND AMOUNT WAS.
