All packages have Delivery Confirmation...if your order is over $50.00, insurance is included.
If your payment is through PAYPAL or ETSY Direct Checkout, it will be shipped through the etsy System, So Please make sure your Etsy address is correct....I will not be using Paypal to ship from.
Packages will be shipped within 1-3 Business days, excluding any Holidays that may fall on those days.
All payments are due upon completion at checkout. If you choose not to follow through, Etsy will be notified for NON PAYMENT. I only accept PAYPAL & Credit Cards through Etsy's Direct Checkout.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Once your package is scanned in at USPS it is no longer my responsibility, If you do not purchase insurance and the item is lost in the MAIL, I will not be held responsible and therefore will not refund your money or replace the items at my expensive. But will be more than happy to make the items available to you if possible.
Regarding Returns....If an item is defective it can be returned or refunded, this would be at my discretion, please convo me. This must be done upon receipt of your order within 48 hours. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for any other reason except for damage or defect.
Regarding feedback, due to so many customers requesting me not to leave feedback, I have decided if you want feedback please contact me and I will gladly leave it for you, otherwise I won't automatically leave feedback.
