Saddle Up and Join the Fun! These cowboy (and cowgirl) inspired cupcake toppers are perfect for your next rodeo. Not having cupcakes? No problem! These party circles double as decorations, too! Four designs feature a sherriff's star, a stick horse, and more! Red and brown with bandana accents finish the cowboy theme.

This listing is for the printable, digital file of these party circles or cupcake toppers (pictured). Please note that no products will be shipped; the digital file will be emailed after payment has cleared.

You will receive a PDF containing one 8.5" x 11" page with 12 party circles custom personalized for your event. The labels are set up as 2.5" x 2.5" squares that can be cut using a round or scalloped craft punch or cut straight and left square. Mount them on popsicle sticks and top your cupcakes, glue or tape them to your cake pop sticks, or place them around your party as decorations.

What comes next?

1. PURCHASE - Click on "Add to Cart" and check out using Paypal or your credit card. Please message me before purchasing with any questions about the design or further personalization. I should be able to easily make small changes for no additional charge.

2. LET ME KNOW - Message me or include your personalization information in the "Note to Seller" section with (1) the guest of honor's name and (2) the age the party is celebrating.

3. PROOF - within 3 working days of receiving the invitation information and the payment has cleared, I will e-mail you a proof. Submit any edits you may have, and I will make them as soon as possible.

4. FINALIZATION - once you are 100% happy with the proof, I will e-mail you the high-resolution PDF for you to print. Please note that this is a colorful file and may use a lot of ink. It is also possible to print at a print shop like Kinko's or Office Depot, etc.

FAQs

I send high-resolution PDFs that are (typically) set up to print on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper; A4 if I catch that my customer is in another part of the world. You can print at home on your printer or send to an external print shop like Office Depot, Staples, or Kinkos. If you would like to print at a photo shop or using a service like Vista Print, let me know at time of purchase and I will make sure to send the appropriate file type with the correct sizing specifications. When you go to print, make sure that the scaling is set to "None" or the size options is set to "Actual Size" (depends on which version of Adobe you have on your computer). Also make sure that the comments & forms part is set to "Document".

I've had some issues with my outgoing emails reaching their destination, so I'm not comfortable sending them through my email program. The files are either too large, or my SMTP settings are overwhelmed by the awesomeness of the design and hiccup. This is why I will send you a link to the file through Dropbox. Some MAC systems (read iPhone and iPad) have issues downloading and viewing the files. In this case, I will figure out another way to get the file to you.

Although many think I sit around eating bonbons with my feet up while watching my stories and waiting for orders, my day is typically quite full. I drop my son to school then start my work day with a cup of coffee. I promise you... you want me to have that coffee. After that I answer questions, respond to emails, and process new orders. If I finish all of that before it's time to get my son, I work on custom orders, develop new designs, photograph and list new products, develop a presence on social media, balance the books, order supplies, revamp old listings and product designs, and sometimes play with new materials or techniques. I'm certain I'm forgetting something. Not to worry, I have lists for my lists to keep it all straight.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on digital items. I only accept returns or exchanges on physical items when the item arrives damaged. I don't accept returns because we go through an extensive proofing process together. I adjust digital files as needed, and I never print anything until I have your express print approval. If you are ever dissatisfied with the finished product, contact me and we will decide a course together. Please note: opening a case against me without contacting me first will be considered an act of war, and my response will be swift and harsh yet always respectful.
