Very easy to read, and it makes me think I might actually be able to make my own sweater before long!

AHHHH I adore these patterns! Kat is awesome with help and questions (I ask a lot of questions, HAHA!) the patterns are so much fun to read they are much more than just "how to" patterns! You feel like Kat is a friend, helping you create, and that, my friends, is just AWESOME!!! So far, using the "KatWise" techniques, I have made some awesome arm warmers and a super cool beret! Lots more to come! Thank you, Kat! xoxox

All tutorials will be sent to you via Etsy message within 24 hours.

All long coats are shipped Priority Mail w delivery confirmation.

I have shipped my sweaters to every continent (even Antarctica!) The US postal service does not offer international tracking at any sort of reasonable price, so it is *ship at your own risk*....i have shipped many many international packages without trouble, but if it gets lost in customs or whatever I cannot refund you. I am sorry! If you really want a tracking number/insurance you will have to pay quite a bit extra.

Returns & exchanges

More than anything i just want you to be happy. If something fits you wonky, or just isn't what you dreamed, I will accept a return and refund you (less S&H) within ONE WEEK of you receiving it. I do not do exchanges, refunds only.

All returns must be approved by me beforehand.

If you put your sweater in the washing machine/dryer - it is NOT returnable.

Additional policies

I get SO many emails that it takes me hours a day to answer them all, and I barely have time to sew. Have mercy on my wrists, and please read this before you send me questions. Thanks!!!

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: No Custom Orders....sorry! *Please* don't ask me! It is hard saying no to so many nice people.

Q: How do I reserve a coat?
A: My shop is first come first serve. I will not reserve anything ahead of time. Every couple of weeks I post a big collection of coats in every shape and color combination. There is no waiting list - you just have to show up at the exact time and buy it. They tend to sell out in just a few minutes. You can see preview photos before each sale on my facebook page -

Q:When is your next posting?
A: If you read my shop announcement or any listing, it will be mentioned at the very top.

Q:Do you do layaway?
A:Layaway got SOOOOO out of control that I am taking a break from it right now. Save your pennies, and your perfect coat will come along when you are ready. :-)

Q: Do you make plus sizes/childrens sizes/wool free/men's items etc.....?
A: I make all of the above except for children's coats. If you look at my albums on facebook you can see examples of the variety of things I offer.

Q:How do I care for my sweater?
A: To be safe all items should be hand washed cold and dried flat. You can take a risk and throw it in the washer (I do) but there is always a possibility that wool will keep shrinking, so if you want to be 100% safe, hand wash! I will not be responsible for mishaps that occur in your washing machine.

Occasionally little threads work their way loose. Most of the time these can be pulled and snipped without consequence. If it looks like the sweater itself is getting frayed (a very rare but possible consequence of absolutely any sweater creation) you should remember the old saying: "a stitch in time saves nine".....

Q:Is that your crazy house in the pictures?
A:Yes! I call it "The House that Sweaters Built"...cuz y'all on Etsy helped me buy it!

Q:Will you marry me?
A: Maybe. :-)
