No refunds are given on any digital purchases as they cannot be returned. If you're have difficulty with the downloads after your purchase, it is most likely that they haven't been 'extracted' the files from the zip folders. They will NOT print until you 'extract' them from the zip folders. Here's a tutorial if you're unsure how this is done:

Also, EVG is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels of handmade journals once they have been shipped. The international 'small packet' option from Canada Post does not provide tracking info at this time but keeps cost down. If you'd prefer to pay additional fees for the tracking option, please contact me so that I can I provide you with a shipping quote.

Print and use for your personal craft projects and for handmade items you sell online or at local fairs.

Resize, recolor to suit your projects.

Crediting Ephemera's Vintage Garden is required in your videos and listings if you're selling the items you create.

You CANNOT:

Sell printed sheets as supplies (for example in paper kits).

Resell in digital format.

Create derivative images/files and share or sell those.

Share files with friends in digital format or print copies for anyone else. They are for your exclusive use only. (If the images are part of a creation for a swap, this is ok),

Mass produce merchandise and license products containing my images, including make items to sell on Zazzle and other such third-party sites.

Use images for web design.

Claim the designs as your own.

Also, refunds are not issued on instant downloads. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and the withdrawal of funds from your Paypal account or credit card.
