The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to and from our shop unless there was a mistake on our part.

Please first contact us for a return/exchange authorization. Items to be returned must be in the original condition. Chains cut to a requested length is not returnable, and there will be a 30% restocking fee for personalized items. There are NO restocking fees for the other items. Please securely package the item and send it with a delivery confirmation. We also strongly recommend an insurance as we will not be able to accept items lost or damaged in the mail.

Yes, as long as your package hasn't left our shop. Please see our return policies above for non-refundable items and restocking fees.

Please contact us immediately if the item arrived damaged. We may request a photo of the damaged item for insurance purposes.

For lost packages, 21 calendar days (domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (international shipments) need to pass before we can file an insurance claim. We may request the recipient’s signature on the claim form, and a refund is contingent upon the buyer's willingness to sign the form; we appreciate your kind cooperation. Please note that all lost package claims must be made within 60 days of the original date of order, or no refunds/replacement be made.

Yes, if the package is returned to us by the mail carrier. However, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. However, if the package is lost permanently due to an incorrect address, no refunds will be issued. Please make sure that the address you provided is correct when placing an order.
