    These sterling beads are very nice quality. These are an item I continue to order from Cat. They are sturdy and heavy and befit the quality that I prefer to use when I create pieces. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING:
As of 9/10/2014 Etsy has made changes to shipping. You will no longer see my secondary shipping until you put your selected items into your cart. Each item will have the first shipping listed as the price for shipping that item, when in fact if you are buying multiples items, each one after the first will be much less than the shipping price quoted in the listing.

Shipping: Your purchase will normally ship within 3 business days.. However special and custom orders may take a little longer. I will discuss the wait time with you through etsy message or email.

Special Instructions to your mail carrier: I hold no authority to give your PO or postal carrier instructions as to when, how or where they are to leave your package. Any special instructions you may need followed is something you will have to to discuss and work out with them and take responsibility for.

Shipping 2 transactions together:
This is not something I make a habit of doing. Pay Pal frowns on this and there can be a problem with insurance if the package is lost .Please purchase your items in one transaction if you want them shipped together. Because I often ship very fast, I may not even see your second transaction until your first one is shipped. Leaving a note in notes to seller is not a guarantee they will ship together.

I am sorry that shipping is now so high, but there is not much I can do about it. International shipping just about tripled on 1/27/2013.
I have spent a good amount of time figuring out the amount I need to ship to your country. It usually comes out just about right. However in the event I have charged you more than I need, I will refund you the difference through Paypal.

Other Fees you may be charged:
International buyers are responsible for any extra fees, duties,brokerage charges or other any charges put in place by your country. Please make sure you understand your countries laws before purchasing . DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING!
You Still Pay Less Shipping on multiple item orders. Etsy has made it so you can't see what you are really paying for additional items until you put them in your cart. What you are seeing when you click on shipping is the first shipping cost. That is the shipping cost for the 1st item only. You still get a discount on additional items. You will see this when you put the additional items in your cart.
I also refund when more shipping is collected then needed.

Custom and special orders require a non refundable deposit. I will discuss turn around times and any other pertinent info with you, before hand.

Order Cancellations:

I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact me with in 3 days of receiving it so we can discuss how to fix it.
Returns From the EU .. You have 14 days to contact me to request a return.

If I can not fix it to your satisfaction we will make arrangements for you to return it to me with in 7 days, in the original condition, with all packing materials included. I will refund your money after the item is back safely in my hands . Returns must be packaged well and returned to me in the condition they were sent. I can not refund for items damaged during return shipping. or for items not returned. It is your responsibility to get it back to me safely with proof of delivery.
Packages sent back with signature confirm without being cleared with me first may not be accepted.
I often am not here to sign for packages or able to get to the PO during their buss. hours. However my mail carriers are very good and packages will be left in my locked box and will be safe so delivery confirm is enough.
Buyer must contact me prior to returning the item for authorization code. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Buyer pays all shipping charges and expenses. If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Leather:
There are no returns on cut leather

Special Orders:
If you need an item I don't carry, or need a larger amount, I may be able to get it for you. However It must be paid for prior to my purchasing it. Please be sure you want it as I can't not accept returns for special orders as my window to return it is short.. When I receive the item from my distributor I will check it to make sure it is in good condition, before sending it on to you.

Additional policies

Reserved listings.. I will happy to discuss reserving listings for you. However I can only hold a reserved listing for 48 hours unless a longer time frame is agreed on ahead, or you contact me in that time frame to discuss holding it longer. Please do not ask me to reserve unless you are sure you want it and have every intention of coming back and purchasing it.
