I ship daily, Monday through Friday until 12:00 p.m.
It is difficult for shipping to always be accurate because costs vary greatly on the container that it is in and the weight, and when varied items are combined, it seldom comes out correctly. I refund shipping overages over $1.00 - or you can contact me for a custom shipment and the cost will be correct the first time. I do not have tracking abilities once your fabric leaves the US, but I can provide tracking information within the US. You may add insurance to your package for an additional $3.00 fee per priority mail envelope.
I accept Paypal, all major credit cards and money orders. If you choose to use a money order, please contact me for an address. Fabric ships immediately on these purchases upon receipt of payment.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with the fabric you receive, I will issue a store credit upon return of the fabric. It must be in the original condition and yardage of the purchase. The store credit is good for any further purchase within one year. Shipping charges will not be refunded. No refunds or replacement for any lost or wrongly delivered packages if shipped to the correct address. Please verify your shipping information prior to placing your order. No returns or refunds on sale items.
My number one priority is great fabric and customer service. Feel free to contact me right away if something is amiss, or with any questions you may have. I'm happy to hear from you! Fabric is available on a first come, first serve basis. Remember, if you enter a custom order, it is still available to others until it is paid for.
