We ship most orders via the U.S. Postal Service. We ship to domestic U.S. addresses as well as international locations, such as Mexico, Australia, and Germany. Contact us for shipping costs for shipment outside the U.S. and we will gladly quote you a price. Please note that since tracking of international shipments can be limited, we are not responsible for lost packages and cannot refund shipping costs.
Please also contact us if you would prefer to upgrade shipment to a faster service and we will let you know how much that will cost.
We accept payment via PayPal, personal check, and money order. Your order will ship out 1-2 days after payment is received. Please note that bounced checks will result in a $25 service fee.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with any order, please let us know immediately and we will work to correct the problem. You can also return the product in its original condition within 10 days for a product refund, shipping charges not included. Customer is responsible for return postage.
Most items can be customized with different clock faces, changes in color, wood species, etc. Let us know or click on the link entitled "Request custom item."
