These Mosaic Medallion earrings are my original design. What I love about the Miyuki cubes are they are cut uniformly with an uneven edge creating that illusion of mosaic tiles. Use complimentary or contrasting bead colors to create a subtle or bold look. The ear wires can be the difference between casual or elegant. Have fun making every pair different.

In this 7 page tutorial with photographs I have demonstrated step by step how to make these Mosaic Medallions. A detailed supply list is included in the instructions. This pattern is suitable for a beginner who has worked with seed beads and can tie square knots.

******How to Care For Jewelry with Beaded Beads *****

My beaded jewelry can be worn every day. I condition the thread with wax to ensure the utmost strength and durability. Please do not swim or bathe while wearing these beads and remember they are made of glass.

Many of my designs have silver connections. If you wish to clean your silver back to a shine, please do not submerge the piece in jewelry cleaner. Use a cotton swab to clean around the beaded beads. When possible, clean with a silver polishing cloth. It takes a little longer, but the results will be the same.
