I ship to the address filed with your Etsy account, please make sure your address is correct and complete, I am not responsible if an order is lost due to an incorrect address.
Shipping within the United States is by USPS first class with delivery confirmation, and outside the United States by USPS international first class (tracking and delivery confirmation is not available for international first class orders).

When possible, I try to use RECYCLED/RE-USED bubble/padded envelopes or bubble wrap, if this may create an issue for you due to sensitivities please let me know you would prefer me to use all new shipping supplies. However, often I have more orders than used shipping supplies, in which case I will use new supplies. The jewelry gift boxes are always brand new.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
