This is an add on fee for a RUSH ORDER for an item/transaction to be shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY with USPS priority mail.........$8 is for the rush fee and $2 to upgrade to priority shipping..

Please Note: the shipping does NOT is with USPS..takes 2 to 5 business days to reach you depending on where the package is going. the rush order cannot be used for tutu dresses or tutu skirts..
