I will ship your S.A.M. Design purchase wherever you are!
Most purchases will be created and shipped within 15 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) from PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. PLEASE NOTE: I will not start working on your item until payment has cleared via Etsy Direct Checkout, PayPal or eCheck via PayPal. eCheck via PayPal adds 3-5 days (their processing time) which means that since I don't start working on your item until payment clears, this time gets added on to MY create/shipping time frame.
Be sure your address is correct; if you don't specify anything different I will ship to your address on Etsy.
I will ship First Class Mail Parcel within the United States and USPS First Class International Parcel everywhere else.
SHIPPING RATES: United States: $3.00 USD Everywhere else: $13.00 USD (I will only pay for the shipping of your package. Any other fees outside the United States must be paid by the purchaser.)
I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout.
Payment is due within 48 hours. If a successful payment is not submitted within this time, I will contact you. If there is no response within 28 hours of my messaging you, the transaction will be canceled and the item re-listed. I will send you a notification of the cancellation at that time.
I will not start your order until I receive notification that payment has been received when using PayPal and Direct Checkout. There are options such as eCheck which can take up to 5 business days (US) for PayPal to process and confirm that the funds are available.
What is an eCheck via PayPal? eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 3-5 business days to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a debit or credit card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.
How does an eCheck work via PayPal? The money is withdrawn from the buyer's bank within a day or two. As soon as we receive confirmation of sufficient funds from the bank, we'll deposit the money into your PayPal account. The entire process takes 3-5 business days but can vary depending on the country.
Layaway is available in my shop. Please contact me to make arrangements prior to purchasing. I will create a special listing just for you detailing payment arrangements. The item will be created and shipped once all installment payments have been made.
Returns & exchanges
I will gladly repair or replace any items damaged in shipment. The damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging at the customer's expense.
If the item purchased doesn't fit it can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. A replacement will not be made and sent out until the original item has been returned. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs on the returned item and must be in the original packaging unless other arrangements have been made.
Customized/personalized items can not be returned for a refund nor can an order be cancelled as these pieces were made especially for you.
The refund will be minus my original shipping costs. Refunds will be given when the returned item is physically in my possession. The item must be returned in its original packaging unless other arrangements have been made. The cost of return shipment is at the customer's expense.
There will be NO refunds or replacements for lost or stolen goods. Unfortunately, I can't take responsibility for the actions of others whether it's the post office losing or delivering to the wrong address, or packages being stolen from the front porch or mailbox.
All custom and layaway listings must be paid in full prior to my creating and shipping your special piece.
A 10% discount and free shipping (within the United States and Elsewhere) is available for bulk purchases of the same item i.e. bridesmaid gifts. Please convo me to make arrangements. I will create a special listing just for you.
