Larger items may cost more to gift wrap, so please contact me BEFORE purchasing this listing if you are wanting any of our frames or canvases or other larger items gift wrapped and I will be happy to provide you with a quote.

All orders are shipped via USPS and include delivery confirmation so that you are able to track your item once it has shipped. If you would like your item shipped via a different carrier, I am happy to do so-please contact us prior to purchase so that I may get an accurate shipping quote for you. Your item(s) will be shipped 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), unless otherwise indicated in the item's listing, after payment confirmation. Custom and made-to-order items ship 1-2 weeks after payment confirmation unless otherwise indicated in the item's listing. Items ship Monday through Friday-if you need your item sooner, please indicate at checkout and I will be happy to oblige if able. I can and am happy to do rush orders-please contact me if needing a rush order. See the "Additional Information" section of the shop's policies for more information on rush orders. Overnight and expedited shipping are available at additional costs-please convo me for rates. For custom or made-to-order holiday items, order deadlines will be posted in both the shop announcement and on The Rustic Lily's Facebook page.

Please make sure that you enter the correct address to where you would like your item delivered at checkout-I am not responsible for packages not received or returned to me due to customers providing incorrect addresses. I am more than happy to resend packages that are returned to me due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses- the additional shipping costs of resending the item in these cases are be the responsibility of the buyer.

I CANNOT guarantee that your item will arrive by a certain date. I can only give estimates, as that is the only information the USPS will provide me, even on Express and Priority-shipped items. Most items should arrive to you 2-3 days from when they are shipped when shipped via First Class Mail (Priority is supposed to arrive in no longer than 2 days from ship date and Express in no longer than 1), but some can (and have) take longer. Postal delays can and do happen, and while unfortunate and frustrating for both you and me, they are completely outside of my control. That said, I will always do everything in my power to ensure your package reaches you.

The Rustic Lily is located in Lakeland, FL-I do offer local pick-up if you live in the area. If you would like this option, please convo me before purchasing and I will set a reserved listing for you minus shipping.

In an effort to cut down on waste and shipping costs to you, we do recycle shipping and packing materials, so sometimes your product will arrive in a "second-hand" package.

We are happy to ship outside of the US-please contact us for shipping rates to your country and we'll be happy to set up a reserved listing for you.


This shop happily accepts PayPal, Credit Cards and Etsy gift cards. If payment is not received and confirmed within 48 hours of sale, the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed. If the payment is cancelled before the item is shipped, a full refund including shipping fees will be issued, minus $0.20 for re-listing.

If requesting a reserved listing (meaning an item already listed in the shop that you would like me to put on hold for you) or a custom listing (meaning a listing that has been created and reserved for a custom item request), please purchase your item within 48 hours. If not purchased within that time frame, it will be un-reserved and available to anyone. If you need longer, please let me know when requesting your listing and we will make arrangements.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Full refunds (less shipping costs) or even exchanges are available on non-customizable/special order items in the following instances: item is broken/damaged upon arrival or with normal use (within one month of delivery), or the item is never delivered to/received by the buyer (must show an undelivered status-not returned to sender status-on tracking information.) You MUST contact me to arrange return/exchange authorization within 1 week of items being received (except if item becomes damaged.) All items must be returned in their original condition. (Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.) A refund for the purchase price, minus shipping, will be processed once the items are returned to me. Shipping on all return and exchange items is at the expense of the buyer. With exchanges, the buyer will pay at least one half of the shipping costs to ship the new item (amount will vary item to item, so please contact me if you would like to do an exchange.) Partial refunds or re-creations are available on custom order items in certain circumstances. No other refunds will be issued-sorry, no refunds for buyer's remorse or delays caused by elements outside of my control, such as postal delays. Buyer, by purchasing, agrees to buy items as described, so please read descriptions carefully and contact me if you need anything clarified about an item. If you have a question regarding refunds and exchanges, please email me. I am happy to work with you!
In the event that your item arrives damaged or broken, I can either offer you a refund or a replacement. Replacement items will be shipped at the buyer's expense (but you will not have to pay for the item a second time.)

Additional policies

When placing a custom order, please send accurate information regarding what your desires are for your finished product. ALL custom/made-to-order items are FINAL SALE-I offer exchanges only on these items, so please be clear on what your desires are for your finished item. Since these items are made to order, please allow extra time after purchase for creation and shipping-it will vary based on the item and amount of man hours necessary. The turn around time will be communicated to you. Most of our made-to-order items have a turn around time of 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise indicated in the item's listing. I can do rush orders, so please let me know if you have time restraints when placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate. There will be a rush processing fee for all rush orders-it will be based on how quickly the item is needed and the amount of time needed to create the item in the rushed turnaround time. Please convo me for rates.

Some items contain small parts that could become a choking hazard. If any Rustic Lily/Little Lily clothing or accessories posses small parts, the child should be watched under adult supervision at all times. The Rustic Lily is not responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of unsupervised use of our products.

All onesies and toddler tees are pre-washed in all-natural laundry detergent and preshrunk.
