All products are for non-commercial use. All products are copyrighted and digital files are password protected. You may not alter the artwork or designs in any way and passwords are never released. You cannot share our digital files with another vendor except for printing as is (no print, cut and assembly service vendors). Copyright privileges are not transferable. All rights retained by Piggy Bank Parties.
-- EVENT PLANNERS' TERMS OF USE --
If you are an event planner, you are allowed to use our products for one event. We request a link to our shop if your event is published online or in print. If you would like to use the same product for another non-personal event, you must re-purchase the product.

----- ORDER DELIVERY -----
Please refer to the product's description for specific timeframes and check our shop announcement for our current availability. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe stated on the product's description you purchased, please check your receipt for the shipping date, your shipping notification for the shipping/emailed date or your spam/junk folder for digital orders.
----- RUSH ORDERS -----

----- REQUESTED WORDING & INFO -----
Please include any wording or information requested by us in the notes section on the shopping cart screen. Without this information, we cannot personalize your order. Orders with incomplete information will be placed on hold for a maximum of 7 business days then automatically cancelled if no information is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse services for phrases or products deemed inappropriate by our owners (e.g., profanity, etc.).

The latest version of Adobe Reader (free download at www.adobe.com) is REQUIRED to open and correctly use our digital files. We would suggest downloading and installing the latest version of Adobe Reader for your specific computer.
----- DIGITAL FILE TROUBLE -----
If the line or word spacing looks incorrect or the font is different from the samples shown in the listing, your computer may be opening the files using a non-Adobe PDF reader without your knowledge. The latest version of Adobe Reader (free download at www.adobe.com) is REQUIRED to open and use our digital files correctly.
DOWNLOADING TIPS:
• Download/save the PDF file(s) to your computer or a flash drive using a DESKTOP computer
• Open Adobe Reader
• Open the downloaded/saved PDF file(s) WITHIN Adobe Reader
• If your screen is blank, click the refresh button and the file should appear. Your computer is timing out before the file opens.
----- COPYRIGHT & PASSWORDS -----
All of our copyrighted files are password protected and can only be edited by Piggy Bank Parties. If you received a message asking for a password, you are trying to access the file in a way it was not intended.
----- TYPE-YOUR-OWN-TEXT FEATURE -----
Add your own text to these items at home using Adobe Reader.
• Open the PDF file within the latest version of Adobe Reader (free download at www.adobe.com)
• Click on the text box and type in your text
• Print or save to a disc/flash drive if sending to a print shop
[NOTE]: You cannot change the font, font size or font color.
----- DIY PRINTING -----
You can print your digital order on your home printer or take it to your local print shop (e.g., Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Kinkos, etc.). Print as many as you need for PERSONAL use. All of our files are formatted to print on 8.5" x 11" stock unless otherwise stated and custom size requests incur additional fees.
We suggest printing most of our products on 60-80 lb. white cardstock or 61 lb. double-sided matte photo paper. The exceptions are papers, bottle labels, candy bar wrappers and seals which can be printed on white text weight paper or full-sheet labels.
Piggy Bank Parties and its owners accept no responsibility for printing issues as they are often beyond our control. All of our files have been downloaded and test printed in a home office. All digital PDF files MUST be opened in Adobe Reader to work correctly. If you choose to use a local print shop, please make them aware of this in order to avoid printing issues. If you have trouble uploading your file to an online printing source or the online printing source cannot print specific pages of the file, please contact the online vendor directly to solve the issue.
----- PRINT RELEASE FORM -----
If you choose to send to your local print shop, they may require a "Print Release Form." To acquire one, please contact us and request a "Print Release Form." Please include your order number with your request.
----- INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS -----
Individual items included in our digital collections can be purchased by utilizing the search function. Type in the "a la carte" and choose the individual product you would like to purchase.
----- DIY ASSEMBLY -----
Directions are included with each digital PDF file. All of our designs are created to be as simple as possible to cut out and assemble.
----- DIY SUPPLIES & TOOLS -----
We suggest adding these items to your DIY tool box: scissors, bone folder or a ruler and ink-less pen, adhesive roller or double-sided tape, single hole punch, 2" circle punch, corner punch, ribbon, twine and adhesive dots. DIY invitations require either an A7 or No. 10 envelope.
----- DIGITAL PRINTING & ASSEMBLY -----
We currently do not offer printing and assembly services for our digital products.
----- Print at HOME DIGITAL PRODUCTS -----
A Print at HOME digital product (aka DIY printable) is a digital file that you print at home or at your local print shop (e.g., Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Office, etc.) and assemble at home. It's a cost effective way to have personalized party decorations on a piggy bank budget. -- PERSONALIZED DIGITAL PRODUCTS --
Digital invitation orders are sent as a ready-to-print proof via email within 2 business days and custom illustrated/designed orders are sent a proof via email within 3-5 business days (refer to product's description for specific timing). The initial proof plus two edits are included in the price of personalized digital products. The final proofreading for all personalized and custom orders is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any changes requested after acceptance of the final proof will incur additional fees. Once we receive approval for custom illustrated/designed products, the digital file will be emailed to you within 1 business day unless otherwise noted.
----- BLANK TEMPLATES & PRODUCTS -----
Unless specifically stated in a product listing, we do not offer blank digital templates (e.g., favor boxes, etc.) or blank digital products (e.g., invitations, banners, etc.) to protect the copyright and integrity of our products.
