If you are in the UK, postage of smaller items is by Royal Mail 2nd class or standard parcel post. For larger items I will use a courier service such as MyHermes.
Delivery overseas will be by Royal Mail airmail small packets, or for larger items a courier such as IPostParcels.com
I try to re-use packaging materials where possible. When purchasing my raw materials, I accumulate a LOT of bubble wrap and other protective wrapping, so I re-use it. I also sometimes use my old shredding, and re-use bubble-wrap envelopes. Therefore the outer packaging on your item may not always be the prettiest, but by re-using, it is the most environmentally friendly!
Payment by PayM, paypal, personal cheque or money order. I would like payment within 3 days of the purchase of an item.
Returns & exchanges
If your item is damaged in transit, I can either fix it for you, or offer you a refund on return of the item (as I can re-use fusable glass to make new beauties!) If the item was sent using one of the insured methods, please also return the original packaging and photograph any damage to the outer packaging. I wrap and pad my items very well, so I very rarely have any breakages in transit.
If an item posted by one of the un-insured methods is lost in the mail, please contact me and we'll see what we can do about a replacement.
If you don't like your item, or are unhappy with it for any reason, I can offer a refund on the item cost (but not postage costs) if it is returned as new within 14 days of receipt. But if you message me, we can try and figure something out that will make us both happy :)
I cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons. I also cannot accept returns of certain made-to-order personalised items if they cannot be sold again (I.e. if you have ordered something with the personalisation of a different colour, you can return this for a refund as I can sell it again. If you have ordered something personalised with someone's name, or special dates, I cannot re-sell these items and so cannot offer a refund on them.)
If your item is received intact and YOU break it, then I can always see if I can fix it, but there will be a small charge for this. Unfortunately I cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items damaged by you, as these are not faults with my work. Many of my items are fragile so please take good care of them!
If the amount I have charged you for postage is £1 or more than what postage and packaging has actually cost me, I will refund the difference.
