DOMESTIC SHIPPING
1.) I ship via USPS within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless I let you know otherwise. (just look at my feedback to see the speedy shipping testimony!)
2.) I reside in Vermont, so depending on where you live will effect the delivery time. West coast can take up to 5 days, but more than likely about 3 days for arrival. Delivery times can uncommonly be effected by high volume postal times (holidays and such), incorrect address entry, weather, or kid related snafus.
3.) Your shipping includes a delivery confirmation #. You will receive this # via email once the package has shipped. USPS website is your first stop to locate your package en route. Then if you still have a problem, kindly convo me via Etsy and I will check on my end of things.
3.) Double check the address you have listed with Etsy, this is where your package will be sent.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
1.) Yes I ship gladly Internationally. :)
2.) I ship via United States Postal Service so once your package leaves the USA, the USPS does not guarantee shipping times. At that point the package is under your country's postal handling. If your package has not arrived, your first kind step in a reasonable resolution should be to contact me via etsy convo, I will check into address and date times. Depending on your country's service/customs/policies,
it can take anywhere 1-3 weeks for arrival.
3.) I am required by USPS policy to put the total cost of the item on the customs forms. I am not responsible for additional customs fees collected by your postal service.
4.) Double check the address you have listed with Etsy...that is where your package will be sent.
