Item details

Trying out downloadable files through Etsy! If you cannot download the PDF pattern file once payment goes through, please send me a note and I will e-mail it to you :^)

IMPORTANT: Please note that this listing is for a CROCHET PATTERN IN PDF FORMAT, NOT FOR THE FINISHED BRIEFS THEMSELVES. If you love the briefs but don't crochet, I have a number of listings for the handmade briefs in my shop. :^)

Why? Well, why not? :D I put them pants on everything!
Hang them on the walls of your laundry room! String them around your Christmas tree! Put them on your mobile phone! Stack them on random tables! Add them to your keychain! Put them on doorknobs! Throw them at people! Heck, wear them on your ears, they sure keep them snuggly warm :D

Pattern is in PDF format, you will need Adobe Reader to open and print. Pattern is 6 pages long.

Pattern is very image heavy, I've incorporated a sort of photo-tutorial for ease of understanding.
** This pattern has not been beta'd. If you find any errors, be it in stitch count or even just a confusing jumble of words, please let me know so I can fix it! **

Briefs end up about 2" high by 3" wide if made with a 4.0mm hook and ww yarn.

Stitches used:
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
slp st = slip stitch

Note: I am a right-handed crocheter, therefore the picture tutorial is correspondingly right-handed. Please let me know if you'd like a flipped version, I'll see what I can do.

I just made it and it was quick and easy! So adorable!! Only thing that would make it better is a photo at the end of the pattern of how it looks like when it's finished. I had to scroll to the top to see. Not a big deal, but just a suggestion ;)

File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

When requesting a custom order from one of my patterns, please understand that the price of your physical object will be greater than the listed price on the digital pattern as there is more labor involved.

Additional policies

Before contacting me regarding any last-minute/rush orders, please be aware that I am currently attending college as a full-time student and I may not be able to manage your request. I leave commissions open because I have been able to fill orders during the semester, as long as I am allowed a little extra time.

+ I purchased this listing believing it was a finished item, not a PDF. What now? +
Send me a message explaining the mixup, I will cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Please be sure to specify what lead you to believe the item was handmade, not digital, so that I may fix the listing accordingly and avoid future confusion.

+ How big is the finished [pattern name]? +
I do not include gauge with any of my patterns because they do not need to fit on any object/body just so. The size of your finished item may not match up with mine, I am a tight stitcher. Pattern listings will usually include rough dimensions in the description based on my finished stuffies.
Most often I use a size G6 (4.5mm) hook and worsted weight (acrylic, such as Red Heart) yarn. My gauge is about 5 sc stitches/inch.

+ I'm new to crocheting, do you think I can make [pattern name]? +
With every pattern purchase, I am here for support. If you have any questions or problems along the way I will help you through it to the best of my abilities. I can provide step-by-step progress shots of a confusing section of a pattern if you are a more visual learner. Don't be afraid to ask me about my patterns, I'm here to help.

+ Do you sell the pattern for your human figures? +
I have plans to make the toddlers available as a pattern, in a build-your-own customizable setup. This is going to take some time as I create different hairstyles, genders, faces etc., but the workbook is in progress.
If you have found my Doctor Who (Tenth Doctor) or BBC Sherlock figures, I do not have patterns for them, they were freeform.
