One 4 claw/prong pendant blank for unusual shapes and sizes. This listing is for one pendant. If you would like a whole bunch more ( =D ), please contact me before buying one. I will make a special listing for you.
This blank is sized pretty large. If you need one to hold stones over about 3/4 inch, please contact me with details before you purchase so I can make a different listing for you.
I just added the number property to save you shipping on multiple items. If it is inconvenient, PLEASE let me know and I will remove it!!!
* if you need to mount smaller stones, I can make this with a smaller gauge claw. About 6mm is probably the minimum on these though because I have to have a place to solder them together!!!

Shipping & policies
All items are shipped standard First Class Shipping via USPS unless the exception is noted in the listing. You may select a Priority or Express Shipping Upgrade at checkout. If you are using your mobile phone, the shipping upgrade is not available and you will need to add this listing to your order at the time of purchase and select the shipping upgrade you would like.
Since I custom make most of the things I sell, please allow time for that before I ship. It usually takes about 4 to 7 weekdays to complete rings. Bracelets often take a little longer. I do strive to get them out as soon as possible all year. I make them in the order in which they are purchased. I might not be able to start work on yours immediately. If you have a very tight schedule, please check with me before you buy.
In some cases, I can push your order ahead and get it out more quickly without putting other customers behind. There will be a charge for working nights or weekends to get your order in the mail earlier. Please contact us before you purchase so we can decide if I can do it. There is a RUSH MY ORDER listing in the upgrades section of the shop.
Please, PLEASE check to be sure your mailing address is right in Etsy. If I forget to reconcile the address with USPS, email you, and change them, you will not get your package and we will both be beside ourselves! - balked - cramped - crimped - defeated - discouraged - crabby -disheartened - embittered - fouled up - hung up - resentful - stonewalled - foiled -stymied - through the mill - discontented - ungratified - unsated - irked - unslaked - driven up the wall - inconsolable - miserable - cranky - ape - bananas - frustrated - disappointed - thwarted

My first choice is USPS First Class Mail - Package.
If it gets quite heavy, Priority Mail is more reasonable and I will certainly use a flat rate box if it will save you $.
Shipping FEES: My shipping fees usually include some of the packaging cost and PayPal/Seller fees as well as shipping. All of these are always a guess. If I have undercharged you - Glory! those sorts of surprises are fun aren't they? If I overcharged you - do let me know! I try to keep an eye on it and make refunds but can easily miss them.
as of 1/27/2013, we have changed the way we ship international packages. USPS has changed it's fees (still reasonable for carrying a package over the ocean half way around the world). We have changed our shipping charges accordingly.
Your package will be shipped with an Etsy label which is a little easier to watch for delivery. It does not allow me to change the customs form to Gift or change the amount of the purchase. We are not responsible for any of your customs fees or other taxes, etc on your end.
I can insure some international packages now that were not insurable before.
If you would like to insure your package, just let us know and we will tell you the charge for that.
We have started to send a few flat items as letters so they will cost less. These will not be trackable or insurable. You must accept responsibility for the item if it is lost.
The ones that have this will be shipped for under $3 and there should be a note included in the listing about it as well. Since it is actually easier for me to ship it with the full shipping and label, PLEASE do let me know and I will change it.
Please note that I don't know your country's shipping fees or taxes. We will not be responsible for paying them and I hope you will look them up before you purchase.

We are not responsible for uninsured packages lost in the mail unless we have not addressed it as you have shown it in Etsy. (or, in some special cases, as you have requested)
If you want insurance on your package, please just let me know before you make your purchase and I will add the insurance to your listing or create a secondary listing for it.

So you will know:
We are in the country and our post office is a 40 mile round trip from us. We don't like to go everyday. International packages must be taken to the post office.
Our post office closes it's doors around midday on Friday and reopens on Monday (barring holidays). This means your package will not leave my town from Friday to Monday.
I truly do all I can to make this transparent to my buyers and I hope it does not inconvenience any one of you!
Unlike many sellers, I actually LIKE payments by mail. I will appreciate a quick convo letting me know.

Most of the items I sell are custom made for you. If I have made something to your specifications or your size, I will not want it back. If you are not happy, I am not happy! If something is actually NOT made as discussed, I will certainly try to replace or repair it for you.
If your package is lost in the mail and you have not insured it, I can no longer be responsible for the replacement. I do put delivery confirmation on the US packages I send. International packages are often not fully trackable past my mailing them. I will have the customs form number on my receipt for mailing the package, but that is really all. In order to track it beyond that, it has to be shipped priority express and insured or by other even more expensive methods. I have been very fortunate so far with my international packages. Only two lost in all the years... so far. Do request insurance if you think you MIGHT need it. :)

PLEASE do not buy a large order of handmade things without buying a sample first. I am pretty sure it would hurt my feelings if you returned a whole bunch of them because they were not what you really expected they would be.
PLEASE PLEASE do not have me make CUSTOM items for you and then return them because they are not well received by your customers, etc. Your designs and customizations may not be things I will want to try to resell in my shop. At the very best, I will need to develop new listings and explain that this is not a standard piece and that it is only for _n__ many of them. At worst, It will spend the rest of forever in the Can't-Sell drawer in the shop.
I do love custom work. It is frequently more interesting and more fun that standard pieces. I enjoy working to help you realize something dreamed up and stored in your head! It is rewarding. I just don't want it back later. :)
Any item that I make wrong is fully returnable for replacement anytime!
Things that are not custom made ~ (single items and samples )
If I should send you a wrong item or size or if there is something clearly wrong with a piece, please do send it back for replacement or refund! We will be happy to refund the entire amount, or send you a replacement (we would pay the postage too in such a case.)
I have recently gotten complaints about items being not as listed when they were. There is a lot of that going on lately with other shops as well as mine. I will not lie about mistakes I make. I will no longer pay for those I did not make.
If you find that you have changed your mind, found that is not the standard you expected or that you just decide you would rather have the money, do return the item for refund. You will be responsible for all postage and the fees. No other return charges are added to standard stock items like beads, etc. ( there may be a 15% restock fee)
The return address on the envelope/box we mail to you is the address you should use. (on CR 1104 etc.)
Please PACK the item SECURELY and return it in the condition in which it was received. I recommend using a box with cotton or foam for the item - then put that into a bubble envelope. I will no longer refund on items that are damaged in the mail. ( Too many times, someone has sent a ring back for resizing and put it in an envelope like a letter. It comes to us mangled and flattened.)
Please be sure the postage is paid. (it is a long trip to the post office to pick up a package what has inadequate postage and it costs far more than the full postage will be on most packages.) I will not accept packages with postage due.
We expect that you would not return an item that has been worn/used. Solder or wire will not be accepted for return.
Please do discuss any return before mailing it.
Any item lost in the mail on it's way back to us will be your responsibility, so it would be good to add tracking/insurance.

Exactly what you want done (give the size you want or other specs) EVEN if we have talked about it in messages.
Packages that do not include the note will end up on a shelf.
All that said - if you have a ring that breaks in a soldered joint, for example, 2 days, 2 years, 2 decades after you bought it, please do let me replace it or repair it for you!!! There would never be a charge for that kind of thing!
