USA ORDERS: My items are shipped USPS or FedEx. I use Priority, Parcel and Ground shipping methods. I also add delivery confirmation. When you order is shipped I will email you with tracking #, please refer back to this number to see where your package is. Go to www.usps.com to track your package or fedex.com.
My items are made with care, carefully wrapped and taken to the Post Office in excellent condition. Some of my listings have insurance added in the shipping cost. If a certain item has insurance added it will be in the description. All painted decor can take 4-18 days before it is shipped. It does take time to paint, distress and seal the item. During the holidays we do try getting these items shipped sooner
All shipping cost is estimated therefore I return overages on shipping. There also may be an additional shipping charge to ship to California, Washington, Hawaii, or Oregon. Usually this is not the case but item that are very heavy may incur extra shipping cost.

Please order in plenty of time for your item to be created and shipped to you. Some international order may take 2-8 weeks before delivery. International orders can take a while before they are delivered. Some stay in customs longer than expected. I am not responsible for any extra taxes or customs charges.
Please make sure your address is correct on Etsy and Paypal accounts. They provide me with your address and this is where I ship too. Please understand I am not responsible if you have not updated your address.
Payment must be made immediately after purchase. I accept credit card payments through Etsy and Paypal. My perferred method is Paypal. I also accept Money Orders, please understand I don't ship the item until MO has cleared

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
