Hand painted over whitewashed basswood, this is one of my favorite original patterns- check out the logo for my shop and you'll see why.
Like all of my frames, this started as raw wood that I milled in-shop. The white coat is applied first then sealed with all natural shellac. The warm orange pattern is then painted and also sealed with shellac. A buffed wax top coat gives a warm, lustrous finish.
The frame includes acid free backing, conservation glass, a hanger for walls, and a stand for tables. Although it's easy to change the orientation from horizontal to vertical, let me know which you'd prefer and I'll ship it ready to go.
Convo me for special sizes or colors- any frame I make is totally customizable.
