For on hand items, shipping is usually within 1-3 days of placing your order. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, I will make a replacement and ship as soon as possible.
Custom order and made to order items take up to two weeks, perhaps longer during the busy holiday season. If you need an item quickly, please contact me prior to ordering.
I package very carefully and with years of experience have very few items arrive damaged. All packages are insured and shipped with the USPS. Tracking info is provided for each package.
Payment is accepted via Paypal and Direct checkout at the time the order is placed.
Returns & exchanges
Once you receive your order please examine it carefully. If your item has been damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately. All of my items ship insured. Forms and photos of the damage will be required in order to issue a refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging until I notify you that it can be disposed of.
I will consider all sales final and received in good condition if I do not hear from you within three days from the date of receipt. Date of receipt is based on the delivery date noted by the USPS tracking information.
Returns are accepted for standard items only and applies to the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee applies. Contact me to arrange the return within 3 days of receiving your item. It must be shipped back and received within 14 days after you originally received your order. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and must insure that it arrives back safely. Your refund will be issued upon my receiving the unused and undamaged item back.
If you prefer to exchange your item for another item of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange.
Custom made and seasonal items are non refundable and nonreturnable.
Unclaimed and/or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be issued minus shipping charges and restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to have the item reshipped. I am not responsible if you have provided an incorrect address.
