I have attempted to publish this pattern so it can be used by beginners as well as experienced crocheters. Instructions are for a completed bear and include tips that I have learned thru trial and error and from other thread artists. The finished bear is not included with this pattern.
This is a copyrighted pattern, ©2011 Jennine Rohrbaugh, The Beary Basket. I ask that you not publish, reproduce, copy or share the pattern in any way. While this pattern can not be used for mass production, as an individual who purchased this pattern you may sell the bears you make, but please have the courtesy to give credit to the designer.
This pattern is a guideline only. Your bears will take on their own personality depending on the threads or yarns used, the hook size, the way you crochet, the way you stuff your bear and the placement of ears, eyes, nose and limbs. Size will also be determined by the yarn and hook size that you use.
Remember, these bears are collectibles, they are not suitable as toys.
My contact information is included with the pattern should you need some assistance. Also, if you should find errors in the pattern, please contact me for corrections. I've spent many hours in putting the pattern together and have made every effort to correct mistakes before publication but errors sometimes get overlooked.
Instant download is now available for this pattern. If you would prefer a hard copy I will mail those to buyers in the US at no charge.

I prefer payment thru Paypal or Etsy These methods of payment are just easier than most and safer for the buyer. I like to receive payment when an item is purchased but if you have to wait a few days, please let me know and I will hold your item. Cancellations of a purchase are okay but please let me know that you are going to do that. (Except for PDF pattern downloads)
Returns & exchanges
I will accept returns if items are returned in the same condition as when they were sent and I will refund purchase price only. I can't, of course, give refunds on the patterns that were downloaded. An agreement on any damaged or lost in the mail items will be made after the post office is contacted.
I do take custom orders for the teddy bears and can usually come up with something that will fit your request. Do remember, though, the finished item may not match exactly what you had in mind. If you have questions about my bears, my patterns or special orders please email me.
I will also take custom orders on any other knitted or crocheted items.
