Shipping & policies
Our Shipping Policy
Simple is good, right? That's why we use one flat rate for domestic shipping within the USA, and one flat rate for international orders all over the world. Shipping for any standard domestic order is only $7.00, and its $24.95 for any international order for the first item ordered. Additional items are billing a discounted shipping fee, since we combine packaging.
We ship to almost every location or country that the United States Postal Service will allow us to, with very few exceptions. In order to protect you against fraudulent orders, we will only ship to a PayPal verified address. This usually means that your order must ship to the billing address of the credit card you used to make the order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes without an associated street address.
Items shipped within the State of Ohio will be charged Ohio Sales Tax.
For items shipped outside of the United States, please include a telephone number where you can be reached in the order comments. United States Customs requires a phone number to ensure delivery.
Quick is good, too! We know you're in a hurry to get your order, so we ship every order via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. This means it's only a two or three day delivery time. If weight or size restrictions prohibit this, we'll use the quickest possible method to get your order to you.
We strive to get your order packed and shipped the next business day, and this works in most cases. However, in some cases, it may take up to two additional business days before your order is shipped.
Please remember, our office is in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States, and we close at 4:30p.m. We're also closed on all U.S. Postal Service holidays, so be sure to take this into account when you're estimating your delivery time.
In the event that we experience an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, (think tornados, hurricanes, natural disasters, etc.) we'll notify you via email.
We email you during every step of the order process, and send you tracking numbers once we have them from our carriers.
Both the shipping label and your credit card statement will show our business name: Lizotte Enterprises, LLC.
Our Payment Policy
Payments are accepted in US Dollars via credit/debit card at Paypal. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as the primary credit cards. We will also accept any other credit cards accepted by Paypal.
You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use the service. You may make payment as a guest.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is made in full.

Returns & exchanges
Our Return Policy
Legendary customer service is our goal, so we have a pretty simple merchandise return policy. Anything you purchase from Apron Free Cooking can be returned to us within thirty (30) days of purchase, using the guidelines below:
Keep your packing materials and reciept. You'll need to send the item back to us in it's original condition and with a copy of your reciept. If we get the item back in other than original condition when it was delivered to you, we will adjust or deny your refund accordingly. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Items can be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the same account used for payment: ie: you made your purchase by credit card; we'll send your refund to that same credit card. If you paid by check, we'll send you a check.
We will issue your refund once we have received your merchandise back in it's original condition with a copy of the receipt..
Before you ship anything back to us, you'll need to contact us. Just use our conversation form or call customer service at (567) 274-8035. We'll need to know your name, order number, the item you're returning, and the reason for the return. Please leave us a phone number or other contact information in case we need to reach you.
