***SHIPPING CHARGES - I have been working on a Shipping Profile that tries to take into consideration the different weights of all the items I sell. I'm trying to keep the shipping fees down as low as possible. For the person who likes to stock up and wants to be assured that their shipping fees won't get out of hand the following Shipping Fee limits will apply. At no time will you pay more than $4.50 for your shipping charges in the U.S. In Canada, United Kingdom and Australia you will not pay more than $5.50. Everywhere Else will not pay more than $6.00.**
Ever since the U.S.Postal Service more then doubled the fees to ship out of the country all of the U.S. sellers have had to scramble to fix all of their listings. For example the first 2 ounces went up to $13.50. After that, depending on the country, the fees drastically jump.
I have over 1400 listings and just when I think I have found all of the listings and gotten them changed another batch shows up. I'm beginning to think I have a gremlin in my computer!
I mail my items via the U.S. Postal Service. If for some reason you wish to receive it quicker, or via Express Mail please contact me. If you desire to have your package insured contact me and I will send you a payment request for the Insurance fees. I usually mail the item out within 2 - 4 business days of receiving full payment that has cleared. There can be that unusual occurrence with Holidays, etc., that can make it longer. I do fill out the proper customs forms on all International Mail. Please do not ask me to mark the purchase as a gift. Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Always contact me if you have a question about your package.
I accept Credit Cards andPaypal for U.S. orders and Credit Cards and Paypal for International. If you have a problem please contact me through the Convo system and I'm sure we can work something out.
Note for European Union buyers: We don't include or collect any VAT taxes. That can be a savings for you!
SHIPPING FEES: I try to have the lowest shipping fees possible. If you are purchasing items that are really light in weight, for instance findings, the charge for each additional item would be about 5 - 10 cents. It is rare that I get a large order that has shipping fees higher then $3.50. I don't like charging the FLAT Shipping fees that a lot of sellers are trying out. I feel it isn't fair to the buyer who only wants a couple of things. It takes a whole lot of items to get up to a flat fee of $4.95.
If you want to know how much it will cost if you purchase 2 or more of an item put 1 in your shopping cart and you will get the first charge, for 1 item. Then add an additional 1 item to your shopping cart. How much the shipping fee went up is how much you paid for that additional item.
If you need additional items, have a question, please convo me BEFORE you checkout. I'm usually around checking in. There is always a possibility that an item you want hasn't been relisted, I have more of, or just got in, etc. If it ends up that you realize after you have purchased that you need to add something to your order and it is available I can then do a Reserved Listing for you. The shipping fees won't be the price that you paid originally but instead the fees I figure for another item to be added. For instance a small item sold to a U.S. buyer could have a additional fee of just $1. The larger heavier items will have to be weighed to see how much weight they add to the order. An International buyer will have to have the item weighed to see how much it adds to the original order. Unfortunately, with the steady increase in International fees I can't give a definite figure here. The Coupon Codes don't apply to Reserved Orders I have put together for you.
***Note*** The Coupon Codes must be entered during the checkout process. You will find the spot to add the Coupon Code right below the Payment Options of the list of Credit Cards and Paypal. Click on the highlighted in blue: "Apply Shop Coupon Code." There you will put in the applicable Code for your purchase. Remember, the shipping fees are not part of your total for these discounts.
Please contact me through Etsy's Convo System. I am finding that it is just about impossible to catch messages when they are sent to me in an e-mail. You are also more likely to find me quicker through the Convo system. I'm pretty good about getting back to you within a couple of hours during the day. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be happy with your purchase so please first contact me within 3 days and we will try to see what we can do about it. I try to take the best pictures possible to accurately show what you are purchasing. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is because of something I have done, I will then refund you your whole purchase. I try to put in accurate dimensions of what you are purchasing, and the materials used. So, if the problem isn't the size of the item, color, or anything else that I have clearly stated I will then refund you the purchase price minus the shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee. There will be no refunds on chain, leather cording, and metal stamps. The chain and leather was cut to your specifications. Once we have decided that you are returning the item please do that within 7 days. I will then refund after I have received back the item in it's original state in the original packaging or similar packaging. I wrap my packages with multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect the iems to ensure that they are received by buyers the same way I sent them.
An order that I have put together for you where I order for you a large quantity of one item or more will have a Deposit amount that will have to be paid before the item or items are ordered. Once the order has been received by me I will then put together the final listing for the balance of the order. These items are not returnable. So please be sure of what you are purchasing.
If you cancel an order and the package hasn't been sent you will receive the amount you paid for the items minus the $.30 that Paypal charges us whether we send the order or not. This is to stop buyers from having buyers remorse and leaving the seller with expenses that aren't warranted.
