Jessica is our favourite 16in/40cm. Ragdoll with her brightly coloured hair made from this PDF pattern. Skirt and blouse patterns included.

We made the doll shown from calico with poly cotton skirt and blouse. Her clothes are elasticated or have simple fastenings so are easy to put on and take off, a must for every busy little girl!

Have fun personalising her with extra stitching and embellishments. The downloadable pattern has easy to follow instructions accompanied by lots of photographs explaining each stage, including the clothes. Suitable for those with some sewing experience.

Fat quarters of calico
Toy stuffing/polyester wadding (fiber fill)
Small amounts of coordinating fabrics and elastic for clothes
Ribbon, lace, buttons and sequins etc

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:
"Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the SewArty’s terms and conditions.
"The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our SewArty.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both you, the Client, and SewArty, or either you or us.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner by any means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, they apply to any purchases you make from SewArty; you are advised to print a copy of them for reference before placing an order.
Your Status
When you order through our site you warrant that you are: at least 18 years old and can legally enter a contract;
The contract:
The legal contract is between you and SewArty
All orders are subject to acceptance and there will be no contract unless and until you receive confirmation of our acceptance by email.

Prices and Payment
The prices for any goods ordered from SewArty include VAT.
Delivery costs shall be as stipulated at the time unless these are otherwise itemised.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
We currently only accept payment through PayPal or in cash for collected products.

To ensure the security of your transaction check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock icon (Internet Explorer). (This will only appear on pages where you enter personal information, such as credit card details.) Credit/Debit card payments are processed through PayPal.com. Information is collected by PayPal to securely process the transactions it is not necessary to have an account with SewArty. When there is a transaction PayPal.com supply limited information to us so we know who you are, what you have ordered and where to send it; that includes your name, Email and postal address. The information is not sold or distributed to other parties in any way. All goods remain the property of the SewArty until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of England's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

Liability and Disclaimer - Exclusions and Limitations
Nothing in these terms and conditions will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or (d) exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in these terms and conditions: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the terms and conditions or in relation to the subject matter of the terms and conditions, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

Our liability in connection with any Product(s) is strictly limited to the purchase price of such product or service. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

SewArty's liability will not under any circumstances exceed the amount paid by you for any Product(s) unless it causes direct physical damage to you, or your property when properly used.

SewArty does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Returns & exchanges

If you receive a faulty Product, you should contact SewArty within 21 days and we will refund your costs for the Product and postage for returning the Product. This cancellation, returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification in person, via email, or phone will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Due to their nature, digital products, such as PDF patterns and instructions, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are correct. Colour reproduction is a good representation, however due to variances in monitor resolutions etc., a slight variance from the actual products can occur.

Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website immediately.If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
