Shipping policy: We do our best to ship as soon as possible after receipt of payment. As a general rule, we ship using US Postal Service, priority mail or first class, with delivery confirmation (tracking). We insure items at our discretion. If you wish to add insurance at buyer’s expense, please let us know.
Shipping outside the USA: We rarely ship outside the USA because there is no tracking/insurance. Our items are mostly one of a kind, and if lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged in shipment, we would suffer financial loss because the item cannot be replaced. This is not a loss we wish to incur and we are not in business to loose money. So, unless the buyer agrees before hand to accept our policy of NO REFUNDS for international sales, we decline to make such sales. On the rare occasions where we do agree to ship outside the USA, it is only to buyers to accept the following terms and conditions: We ship by US Postal Service and furnish proof of mailing to buyer. Once shipped, seller assumes no further responsibility and there are NO REFUNDS to buyer for international sales.
We accept PayPal. Payment is due at time of sale.
Returns & exchanges
We do our best to describe items in our shop as accurately as possible. Therefore, we do not offer refunds unless you can show that an item is has been grossly misrepresented. In the rare event that an item is refunded, buyer is responsible for paying for shipping both ways (on purchase and on return shipping back to seller), and for a 10% restocking fee.
