** Please ensure that the shipping address you provided is a valid address and we are not responsible for orders that are sent to invalid address.
**If a notice has been left to pick up the package, its the buyer's responsibility to actually pick up the package. no refund will be issued until the package is shipped back to us.
** If an addressee does not pick up a package and the order is shipped back to us, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs. For refunds: Issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, Shipping costs are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we have no control over postal service and customs. Once a package leaves our shop, we can’t guarantee that it will be arrived within Estimated Delivery timeline.
** If a package is confirmed lost via tracking or has not been delivered within 65 days, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price.
** Please contact us if the package has not arrived within 45 days for any reason.

Returns & exchanges
Within 14 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact us to let us know what issues you might be having with your order.
We only accept unworn, undamaged merchandise for returns. Jewelry that shows sign of wear and tear is not accepted for return.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
When returning any item, we can only refund the price of the item. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our part.
Shipping costs must be paid for by the customer for all return or exchange items.
