We ship promptly and package your item with care, in a timely manner; usually on the same day we receive your order. If you are having something custom made for you, please allow a little extra time for it to be hand crafted just for you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number when your package is shipped.

ABOUT US: We ship before 12pm Pacific Standard time Monday through Friday. Our post office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. If your order is received after noon PST, it will ship the following business day. We are located on an exclave, and our local post office advises to add an extra day to estimated delivery dates because of our remote location.

ABOUT YOU: It is imperative that you check your address carefully before ordering, and buyers must include your complete 5 digit postal plus the last 4 digits. We can not ship to an incomplete or unconfirmed address. Our shop is not responsible for delays or undeliverable mail due to buyer's error. It is your responsibility to make sure your current address is linked to your payment account, and has been updated if you move. If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your parcel, it is important that you inquire with your local post office. It is impossible for us to find the whereabouts of the package from a distance. Your local post office will have the information you require, as they are solely responsible for their deliveries.

GUARANTEES: Many customers ask for guaranteed shipping. We can not make any guarantees as to when your item will arrive. We ship with United States Postal Service from the USA. We will ship according to service you choose when you check out. If you choose First Class, there is no insurance on your package. If you wish to have insurance, please choose Priority or Priority Express.

PACKAGING: We mindfully pack each item individually with care. Your item will have a label or hangtag, it will folded nicely, and placed inside a plastic bag or wrapped in paper. If the item is fragile, it will be packed in bubble wrap. Because we care about the environment, we use the smallest amount of disposable materials as possible. Then your item will be placed inside a mailing envelope or box and sealed. If your package arrives damaged, we must have the item returned to us so that we can file a claim with our local post office.

SPEED: USPS states that First Class is 2-5 business days, Priority is 1-3 days, and Express is 1-2 days within the USA. Please add an extra day because of our remote location. If you need your item by a specific date, please choose the appropriate shipping service which corresponds with your request.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Your parcel may take 2 weeks to a month to arrive, even if your item is shipped the same day you order. Your country may not update the tracking information, and tracking may show "in transit" or "delivered" and you may not have received it. If this happens, you must inquire with your local post office, as there is nothing we can do from a distance. Your item may be subject to customs fees, which has nothing to do with us. We do not charge tax or any hidden fees; we only charge what it costs us for shipping the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Therefore, if you opt to not pay the customs fees, it is likely that your item will be sent back to us.
