This is the only way I can think of of offering a priority shipping service for my costumes. This is A MUST at busy times of the year such as Easter, Christmas and Halloween.

Costumes are dispatched promptly - normally within 24 hours of receiving payment so please make sure all the order details are correct at the time of ordering. Items are posted from the UK using the Royal Mail airmail service which is supposed to take 7-10 working days but this varies especially during busy periods such as Easter, Halloween and Christmas. A proof of posting is obtained for each item in case the item is lost. If you believe your item is lost, please get in touch. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately and I will try and obtain compensation. Please take photographs if possible. Your item is fully insured and normally refunded in full if lost. Unwanted items must be returned at the buyer's expense. If returned in a re-saleable condition, a refund for the item will be sent within 24 hours of receipt. I cannot be held responsible for items which are delayed due to being held up in customs or other situations out of my control such as strikes or adverse weather.

Payments

Unwanted items must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering as they are normally dispatched promptly. Please send me an email and then I will follow Etsy's procedures by refusing or refunding your payment. I will also refuse payment for an item which I don't think I can dispatch either within the deadline or because I cannot fulfil the request. Unpaid for Items are never dispatched.


Returns & exchanges

A proof of posting is obtained for each item in case the item is lost. If you believe your item is lost, please get in touch. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch immediately and I will try and obtain compensation. Please take photographs if possible. Your item is fully insured and normally refunded in full if lost. Unwanted items must be returned at the buyer's expense unless you're able to 'return to sender' using the original packaging. If the item is returned in a re-saleable condition then the item will be refunded but not the postage. If something is wrong with the item, please get in touch immediately and I will work with you to reach a satisfactory solution. I cannot be held responsible for items which are delayed due to being held up in customs or other situations out of my control such as strikes or adverse weather.
