A handmade personalized gift wrapping service for products from Flaherty Naturals using a handmade gift wrap, gift box or gift bag for Easter, Mothers Day, birthday wrapping, anniversary's, wedding wrapping, baby shower wrapping, or I can design a custom gift wrapping for any special event. I've got handmade boxes, bags, and wrapping paper and gift wrapping accessories to help make your gift for that extra special person look extra special!

This is also a great service for the "wrapping impaired" and tons of fun for me! It it's in my shop...I can wrap it!

My gift wrap boxes are all handmade. Those with flowers attached to the top open from the bottom by pulling the tab that holds the ribbon in place. This lets the ribbon and flowers stay attached to the top lid, and when the longer ribbons have been cut to the length of the top of the box, it can be used as a "keepsake box" once its contents have been removed. The color and patterns will vary so if you have a color in mind just drop me a Note To Seller.

Hot glue is usually used to attach the silk flowers and ribbon to the top of the box, but you can get the "Traditional" wedding wrapping or gift wrapping where the bow can be pulled and the gift wrap box will open if you'd like. Just let me know :) by leaving a message in the Notes To Seller box.

This personalized gift wrapping service is only available for items in my shop, and an additional cost of .75 cents is added to help pay for the additional padding and wrapping and materials that ensure your gift wrapped items arrives looking fabulous :)

Gift Wrapping choices available are:
Tissue wrap or themed paper wrap (Valentine's Day, Easter gift wrap, Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) with ribbon and hand tied bow and matching gift tag. (See 5th picture)
OR
Pillow boxes tied with a ribbon. These are 4" long and 6" around and fit many of my smaller products such as lip balms and bottles. (See 2nd picture)
OR
A handmade Origami box (see 3rd & 4th pictures) with a hand tied ribbon for my small 5mL lip balm jars. It takes me about 15 minutes to fold the top and bottom of the box and then tie it with ribbon and make a bow.
OR
Your choice of 65lb card stock paper color with a hand made box tied ribbon and decorated with a silk flower (See 7th and 8th pictures)
OR
A tall gift box (see 9th picture) made from 65lb card stock and stenciled by hand, tied with a ribbon and includes a matching gift tag.

Then you can include any special wrapping needs or ideas in the Note to Seller box if you'd like.

If you choose Custom gift wrapping, please enter your wrapping wishes in the Note To Seller Box, and I'll get back to you and together we'll find the wrap that's right for your special gift.

Details, discounts, photos and shipping information are provided as needed through Convo on all custom orders.

A listing of all ingredients are always provided in my listings, as are the packaging measurements and type of container the product is packaged in. Please read down to the bottom of the listing details for the above information.

Usage and storage information can always be found inside my item descriptions, and I always try to include a recommended "shelf life" or "use by date". If you have any questions about what a product is designed to do or who might be able to use it, please send me a Convo as natural products are suitable for a wide range of skin conditions and age groups.

Wholesale pricing is available on many certified organic oils, butters, dried herbs, flowers, essential oils, containers and other supplies and will be considered on an individual basis.

I always try to use a Certified Organic ingredient whenever possible, especially for my butters, botanical oils, herbs, sugars and essential oils. In some cases a organic ingredient will be used (organically sourced but not Certified Organic). Flavorings and colors are usually derived from natural materials such as Vanilla infused oil or absolutes. Colors used in my handmade soaps and lip tints are organically based oxides formed in a Castor Oil base and are approved by the FDA for use in skin care products. In many cases I make my own infused oils and herbal tinctures and only use Certified Organic oils and dried herbs. If you ever have a question about the ingredients please feel free to contact me.

I bought the sea salt scrub for a good friend for Christmas. Debbie wrapped it beautifully for me so it was ready to give! And she was kind enough to give me several options of wrapping paper to choose from.

I only use United States Post Office (USPS) First Class or USPS Priority Mail to ship your items and I only ship to addresses that can be verified by the USPS.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) after receipt of your payment.
Custom Orders will include their own specific shipping date that you will be made aware of before placing your order.

Any shipping costs in excess of $2.00 will be refunded to your original method of payment (after the cost of shipping materials such as recycled envelopes, packing paper etc. is considered).

A USPS Tracking # will be assigned to your package and sent to you through a Convo the day your order ships so you can track its progress if you wish and rescue it from a very hot or cold mail box as soon as possible :)

Monday - Friday shipping is a way of life for my shop :)
Saturday morning shipping up to 9:00 AM EST is done whenever.

No Sunday shipping is available.
No shipping on US Post Office Holiday dates is available.
Please take weekends, bad weather conditions and increased holiday volume into consideration regarding the shipping or the receipt of your order.

***Shipping Addresses***
I only ship to the address you listed on your Etsy or PayPal account ***unless*** another address is listed in the Note To Seller box (sending a gift to someone).
When you enter a different ship to address in the Note To Seller box (as in the case of a gift that you want delivered for you), I'll send you a Convo asking you to confirm this Ship To Address before your order ships.
Please check your e-mail account in a timely manner for a confirmation Convo from me so the shipping your gift package won't be delayed.

**How to Check Your Etsy Account Addresses**
It is possible to store many shipping addresses in your Etsy account, assign a default shipping address, and update or delete old shipping addresses.
If you're unsure of the shipping address (or the default shipping address) you have registered with Etsy, you can view and make changes to them by reading the Etsy article on shipping addresses at https://www.etsy.com/help/article/51

***Please don't mix Post Office Box and Physical addresses together*** as the Post Office cannot confirm them, and I don't want to risk you not receiving your package.

Many US Post Office locations are designated as "Post Office Box only" service, which means you have to pick up your mail at the Post Office as they do not offer home delivery for your area.
Mixing a PO Box and a Physical Address together can delay the delivery of your order, or possibly cause the order to be returned to me.

***Undeliverable or Incorrect Mailing Addresses***
Undeliverable packages that are returned to me because you furnished a incorrect or undeliverable address will require that you provide a valid Ship to Address **AND** pay additional shipping charges if you still want to receive the items.

If you don't want to pay the additional shipping charges to have your order shipped a 2nd time, your full purchase price and any applicable NC State taxes will be refunded, but not your original shipping charges as I shipped in good faith to the address you provided.

***Gift Orders***
If a purchase is a Gift, please mark it as a Gift (so I'll know it's a gift) and please provide the full physical shipping address in the Note To Seller box and I'll be glad to ship it directly to them.
A Sales Receipt is NOT included with Gift orders. However, I DO include a Gift Letter, which can include a Note From You. Please leave your Note in the Note To Seller area if you'd like it included in the Gift Letter.
I will Convo you asking for confirmation of the Ship To Address :)
I am not responsible for failed delivery due to a inaccurate address, so please double check any Ship To Address you submit so your order may be delivered as quickly as possible :)

***Sales Receipts***
All non-gift orders will be accompanied by a Sales Receipt for your records.
Sales Receipts are not included in Gift packages, so if you'd like a Sales Receipt please include your full physical mailing address in the Notes to Seller box and I'll "snail mail" one to you. Sorry, but Sales Receipts cannot be forwarded through e-mail at this time.

***Gift Wrapping***
Need it wrapped and delivered to a gift recipient? That's no problem, and I'll be glad to do it, but if the item is not being sold as coming in a "gift wrap" box, gift tags and gift wrapping of items are only available by adding my Gift Wrapping Service at https://www.etsy.com/listing/114698752/
Please add this listing once for each item you'd like wrapped, or if you're ordering multiple items and I can combined them into one gift wrap package I'll be happy to do this, but please send me a Convo so I can let you know whether or not it will be possible :)

Payments

Payment methods accepted:
- Major Credit and Debit Cards accepted through Etsy's Secure Direct Checkout

I only ship to the address listed on your method of payment that can be confirmed by the USPS. Please ensure it is correct USPS mailing address :)

**Cancelling a Order**
Please try to cancel an order within 24 hours as I often start blending your fresh products as soon as I receive your order.
***Once your order ships, it may not be cancelled***
If you need to cancel an order please contact me by Convo as soon as possible.
Payment will be refunded in full , usually within 2-3 business days.
**Please note that Flaherty Naturals never has access to your payment information. That is handled through the secure Etsy checkout process. Your refund will be initiated by Flaherty Naturals and then processed by Etsy. Flaherty Naturals has no control as to the time it may take for your refund to show up in your account. However, Etsy usually performs returns in a very timely manner.

You're full purchase price, state tax if applicable, and shipping costs will be refunded to your original payment method on cancelled orders that have not yet shipped.

** Refunds are refunded back to your original method of payment only **

***Custom Orders***
**Custom Orders May Not not be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded once I've accepted your order as I start preparing it immediately for shipment.**

Custom Orders are welcomed and are always well defined and approved by you through Etsy Convo prior to my listing your Custom Order for sale.
We will exchange many Convo's and in some cases I'll send pictures of what your custom products will look like so you can "see" them, and answer any questions or concerns you might have about your Custom Order before you pay for your order.
If at any time during this "creation" period you change you mind about ordering, just let me know :)

I do my best to make the creation of your Custom Order a easy and enjoyable experience, and am always honored when someone chooses my products for their special needs.

In many cases a Custom Order can be ready to ship in 3 to 5 days after the "creation" period is over, as I try to ensure I have all the necessary products constantly on hand :)

All Custom Orders must be paid for in full before I start preparing your Custom Order for shipment.

***NC Residents are required to pay NC Sales Tax on all items***

Returns & exchanges

Additional return information
In order to protect the integrity and quality of my products, oils, butters and other skincare products, Returns, Refunds or Exchanges are not offered due to health and hygiene reasons.
Please read the description of the items when considering a purchase, and if you have any questions, please Convo me before ordering.

Samples are available of many of my products if you'd like to try a small amount before buying a full sized bottle.

Returns and Refunds are offered on Containers (bottles, jars, etc) within 7 days from the USPS verified delivery date of your order. This includes weekends and/or holidays.

If I don't hear from you within 7 days of delivery I'll take it that you are happily enjoying your containers, and I hope they serve your crafting needs in a very excellent way :)

**Should You Wish To Return A Container***
**Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return containers**
**Please return all containers to the address listed on your Sales Receipt**

**When returning your container(s) please use USPS First Class Mail with a Tracking # so I can verify you have started the return process and we can both track its progress and see when it was delivered to Flaherty Naturals.

***Refunds will not be issued until the returned container(s) are received undamaged, unused, in their original packing box (if applicable), and in their original condition to Flaherty Naturals.
Failure to receive the returned containers - for any reason - will void your refund. Please ensure you properly address your return package and use a Tracking # when mailing your return package.
**Refunds are only issued back to the original method of payment***

***What to do if You Receive a Damaged Item**
**Outside Noticeable Damage**
If there is very noticeable damage to the outside of the package, you can refuse to accept delivery, and your local USPS office will pay to have it returned to me.
If you do this, don't open it, and please take a picture of the outside damage, and then take it to your Post Office and let them know that you are refusing delivery due to notable outside damage.
Please also MAKE them give you a USPS Tracking # for the return of the package.
Then Convo me with your picture and return USPS Tracking information and I'll start preparing your order once again for shipping as new order to you at my costs.

**Opened Your Package and Found Damage**
If upon opening the package you find a damaged product, please take a picture of the Damaged Item and attach it to a Convo to me using your original order information, which will help me link your information directly to your order.
Just like a Selfie now serves as proof "you were there" a picture of the damage item, will be proof enough for me that it was damaged in transit :)

I'll work with you to replace the damaged item(s) as quickly as possible, and at my expense for shipping, and fight with USPS about their mishandling of my carefully packed products later :) Which is a losing battle on my part, and a total financial loss, but it helps me to vent :)

***What to do if You Receive the Wrong Item***
It's only happened one time :) but if I messed up and sent you the wrong item, you have my deepest apology.
Please take a picture of the wrong item and send it to me by a Convo that's attached to your original order information. Please don't open the wrong item :)
Once I receive your Convo and picture of the wrong item I'll immediately ship the correct item to you at my cost, and we'll decided together if the wrong item should be returned or not at my expense.
