I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT ENTERS THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SYSTEM. To help protect you against loss of or damage to your package, I send all domestic orders via insured mail.
International customers are responsible for postage insurance charges (above and beyond base shipping rate). You may opt to purchase postal insurance for your package prior to the shipment of your order. Please let me know if you'd like to purchase additional options (expedited shipping, insurance, etc.) for your shipping method.

I strive to send out all orders within five business days (unless otherwise noted in the listing). But because I love happy customers more than anything, I often ship sooner than five business days. I will notify you if there is a delay with your order. If an item is listed with free shipping, it will be shipped via First Class uninsured mail. Priority Mail is always available as an upgrade at an extra charge. All U.S. orders include delivery confirmation.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or credit card, and should be made within 3 days of placing your order. I really don't want to cancel sales or leave anything less than positive feedback, so please let me know if there is an extenuating circumstance that will delay your payment. Ten percent tax will be added to all orders in Illinois.
Returns & exchanges
Customized/Personalized items cannot be returned. Non-custom/personal items may be exchanged for either a store credit or an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange the original item for something higher in price, I'll invoice you with the difference.
