The shipping prices for all items are for Air Mail. This means they will arrive approximately around 3 business days within Australia, and 10 business days overseas, from the day of shipment. This is a rough guide, based on the recomendations given by Australia Post.
All in stock items are sent as soon as possible, (within 3 business days of your order).
All custom items shipping times are either stated in the listing itself, (as different products take different amounts of time to make, etc), or can be discussed with me via convo. I will always do what I can to help. :)
If you would like to arrange different shipping of an item, please convo me, and I will make up a custom listing for you, with the alternative shipping included. :)

Returns & exchanges
RETURNS Please choose items and sizes carefully. I am always happy to answer any questions you might have about the items and their listings, so please feel free to clarify any details with me before you purchase. :)
Every effort is taken to give a detailed and accurate listing for each piece, and an accurate sizing is described for ease of purchase. When a purchase is made it is on the terms that the listing has been read in its entirety and it's contents understood. Again, if you have any questions about a listing, please send a convo prior to purchase. I cannot take responsibility if a purchaser measures wrongly, so please check carefully when measuring. If you need help with working out your measurements, I will be happy to help in any way I can. :)
Returns may be negotiated via private convo with me, on a case by case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss any issues that you might have with your purchase.
CUSTOM ITEMS All sales for custom items are final. Due to the nature of custom requests and requirements these items cannot be resold. No returns of custom orders will be accepted.
REFUNDS Shipment of returns are made at the cost of the purchaser. Items must be returned in their original and unworn condition in order to receive a refund. If there is need to return an item and an agreement has been reached to this effect, a refund can be arranged, though the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. A refund will only be issued after the item has been received in it's original and unused condition. Refunds cannot be issued for any items lost in the mail system.
All purchases will be sent as they are listed, including shipping type. If there are any changes you would like to make, please arrange a custom listing before purchase. :)
BEADING: Some items contain fragile aspects, such as diamante, and crystal beading. Although the collar is strong, please take care with these items. I provide organza storage bags for all collars, cuffs and leashes, for safe storage and long life of your items. :) Although all care is taken to do strong beading on my collars, All diamante beaded collars come with a small bag of replacement crystals, which can be used to touch up the crystals after general wear and tear. If you have any questions about this, please convo me. :)
JEWELLED EMBELLISHMENTS: Jewelled embellishments on a wired structure are much stronger and do not need replacement parts, but please store them carefully as the less bending of the wire, the longer they will last. This is taken into consideration with the design, and the way they are packed for shipping is also the best way to store them while not in use. If you would like more information, please convo me.
