This pattern is probably from the 70s because I think culottes were way over by 1980, but I can't be sure. This is a whole wardrobe of outer wear and pants, all of which are reminiscent of the LL Bean catalog! The design details are inspiring, though, if you check out the back and shoulders. The pants have pleats and fly fronts and I'm a big fan of pockets. The coat/jacket is unlined and I like the idea of this for spring using a khaki twill.
Size 10 fits a 32-1/2" bust, 25" waist, and 34'1/2" hips, mostly an issue if you want to make the pants. The jacket/coat is a much looser, more accepting affair! The pattern is uncut and all instructions are present. The envelope is rumpled and torn in places, as you can see from the photos.
