If there is a problem with your item we will do whatever we can to fix it. Refunds are not possible with digital files that you have already received.


Additional policies

We sugest that you print onto white cardstock or paper depending on the design.
Printing and cutting information will be sent in your digital file.
I use a normal inject printer but you could always take your pdf to your local printers.
Colours may vary slightly from the photos, this is because everyone's monitors are slightly different. The issue could also lie with the printer you use - make sure that it is on 'best quality' and that you have enough ink.
