We ship via Canada Post for all locations within Canada, the United States and other international destinations.
Orders are shipped from Toronto Ontario Canada within 1 - 2 business days after payment is cleared.
Please allow at least 2 – 12 business days for the air mail to arrive within Canada, & 4 – 12 days to USA, 6 - 20 days to international destinations . Exact delivery time varies by location.

We will NOT be responsible for any delivery failure due to unclear or incomplete addresses given.
Lost Shipments: While most shipments arrive at their destination in a timely fashion, on occasion Canada Post may either delay delivery or may lose a package. In these instances we must wait 30 days before refunding or reprocessing a domestic order to allow Canada Post ample time to correct any problem. In the case of international shipments we must wait 45 days before refunding a payment or reprocessing an order.
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, through PayPal. Payment is expected within 2 days after purchase. Or purchase order will be cancelled.
You may use PayPal e-check to pay your order. However it should be noted that it can take 4-10 days to clear and your order will not be processed until we receive a notification that your e-check has cleared.
For all orders shipped to a Canadian destination, GST/HST are charged on the order total (including shipping and handling fee).
For orders shipping to an international destination, the buyer is responsible for payment of duties or other import taxes applicable to the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate what they would be as they differ for each country. You may want to check with your local Customs Agency for more information or for an estimate of these charges.
Returns & exchanges
For Hygenic Reasons - NO RETURNS ON: All Earrings. Your understanding is appreciated.
We make every effort to ensure your order is processed correctly and safely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused or unopened items by using delivery confirmed method at your expense. Original shipping fee is not refundable.
Please report such to us within 3 days upon your receipt.
We always recommend customers to contact us first before returning the items. We'll do our best to solve the problem by offering store credit, discount or replacement if there is damaged, missing or wrong items received in the parcel. These alternative solutions may save your time, cost and provide you better satisfaction.
