Please Note: I ship very quickly! If you want this Priority upgrade, purchase it within 1 hour of your item purchase. If you are slow, your item may be shipped First Class; especially if you are purchasing in the morning. I print shipping labels and bring everything I will be shipping to the Post Office early in the morning before I leave for work. Some orders are shipped minutes after they are placed, so add this fast.

Shipping & policies
I ship through the United States Postal Service.
In stock items will usually ship within 1 to 2 business day after receipt of cleared payment. Items I make to your specifications (ring size, etc.) ship as soon as they are done; usually 3 to 5 days after your paid order is received.
The following are the default shipping options for both USA and International orders:
**USPS First Class Mail - $5.00 to $6.00 depending on value of item, Typically delivers in 3-5 business days. Insured, with limited tracking.
Upgraded shipping is available to addresses within the USA.
**USPS Priority Mail - $9.00 to $11.00, Typically delivers in 2-4 business days. Fully insured, tracking available. (upgrade is $5.00 in addition to the $5.00 or $6.00 charged at checkout)
**USPS Express Mail - $23.99 to $25.99 Typically delivers overnight to 2 days depending on where in the USA you live. Insured and track-able. ($19.99 in addition to the $5.00 or $6.00 charged at checkout)
**Default shipping in all my listings is USPS Priority International Mail - $36.00 for items under $50.00 in value (Canada is $27.00). Typically delivers in 6 to 15 business days, but can take up to 6 weeks to certain destinations. Items over $50.00 in value ship by Priority International U.S. Post for $38.00 (Canada $28.00). Be advised that most countries charge a customs tax on items you import from the United States. You will be required to pay customs when your item arrives. This tax can be quite high in some countries. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your tax will be before ordering.
International Delivery Time:
The U.S. Postal service will have your Priority International package delivered to your destination country within 4 to 5 days. But from there delivery time is dependent upon how slow or how fast your country postal system takes to process and deliver the package to you. Some countries are extremely slow, and it even varies a lot from city to city.
**Less expensive and slower International shipping can be made available for items priced under $60.00 at your request. Etsy shipping profiles only allow for 1 shipping rate to be displayed in the listing for each country outside the US. If you want the slower shipping option, I will need to make a new listing for the items you want with the less expensive shipping for you. Please write me to request this.
First Class International US Post is available to Canada for $14.50, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and the UK for $18.50, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand for $18.75.
I accept PayPal and credit cards through Etsy Payments. Payment should be made at the time of purchase.
Returns & exchanges
- Custom or personalized orders
To make a return you must contact me within 3 days of receipt to let me know you would like to refund or exchange an item. Item must be received back within 14 days in original, unworn, undamaged, new condition. Any scratches or damage from wear will be charged for. You are responsible to pay for return shipping. Original shipping will not be refunded. Returned item must be sent by insured mail, and well padded so as to prevent damage. Uninsured items damaged or lost while being returned will not be refunded or exchanged. If your item is not right for you, please contact me so we can work out an exchange, or so I can fix the problem for you. Your total satisfaction is very important to me.
I like to do custom orders, but time for custom work has become hard to find as I have become much busier. With Christmas business, the months of October, November, December, and at least the first 3 weeks in January are usually much too busy for custom work. But please contact me to let me know exactly what you are looking for, and I will let you know if it is something I can do for you. If you like one of my styles but would like a different stone in it, I can probably do that for you. If you are looking for something different than you see; let me know.
