DOMESTIC BUYERS: insurance is not included in the shipping costs. please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance, so that you are covered in case of loss or damage.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: we ship using first class international---if you would like to upgrade to PRIORITY, which offers insurance + tracking, please contact us for rates. please note that you may incur customs charges from your local government.

Returns & exchanges
Sorry but there is no refunds or exchanges at this time. If there are any problems please let us know and we will try to make it right. We <3 happy customers!
Description and condition of vintage items will be as detailed as possible. Any damage will be stated.
If we accept a return: We will issue a refund as soon as the item has been safely returned to us in the condition it was sent, please insure item when returning just in case it is damaged or lost in transit. Item must be sent back to us within 14 days of sale date or refund is void.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on returnable items. All returned items should be shipped to us with a tracking or delivery confirmation number so that you and I have a record of the return shipment.
IMPORTANT: UPS/USPS does not reimburse for non-insured items (Delivery Confirmation is not insurance). If an _insured_ item arrives damaged, or it it does not arrive, please convo us so that we can initiate a claim.
