SHIPPING: Our normal time for processing orders is 7-9 working days (M-F) which does not include shipping time. If you need your order out quicker you will need to purchase the Rush Order service which pushes your order to the top of the list and it will be processed and shipped immediately, otherwise your order is processed in the order it was received and will be shipped no later than the ship by date on your order.
All items will be shipped to the name and address on the Etsy order. Be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout as that is the address the package(s) will be sent to. Changing the shipping address after an order is received is not allowed.
USA ORDERS: All orders are shipped by USPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We offer International shipments to everywhere. The buyer is responsible for all custom and import taxes. We are not responsible for non-delivered, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
LOST PACKAGES / NON DELIVERED PACKAGES DOMESTIC MAIL WITHIN THE USA ONLY: All packages are shipped with a tracking number which is sent to the email address registered with your Etsy account.
It is our goal to get the item(s) you ordered to you within a reasonable amout of time using standard delivery services provided by USPS.
If your package is not delivered within 30 days after it is shipped from our shop as verified by the tracking number, we will issue you a full refund on the item(s) only, shipping cost is not refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once tracking shows a package as being delivered.
All orders include tracking information. If you place multiple orders each one will be shipped individually with tracking. Combined shipping is not allowed on multiple orders, each order will have its own tracking number.
We are not responsible for late deliveries by USPS.
PAYMENTS: We only accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments.

Additional return information
REFUNDS: All of our products are custom made to the customers instructions. Returns and or Refunds are not available if Ebo Engraving is not at fault for any mistakes engraving your item(s).
If the error was our mistake we will correct it at no additional charge.
If your item(s) are damaged when you receive them you will need to report it to us thru Etsy messaging within 24 hours of delivery which will be verified by the tracking information on the order. Phone calls or emails will not be accepted to report damaged items. We will need photos of the damaged items and the original box it was shipped in.
PROOFS: Up to (2) proof layouts will be sent out if requested by the customer. Any additional changes requested by the customer after 2 proofs are sent will be $10.00 each.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item(s) are damaged when you receive them you will need to report it to us thru Etsy messaging within 24 hours of delivery which will be verified by the tracking information on the order. Phone calls or emails will not be accepted to report damaged items.
All damage claims filed either thru Etsy or Paypal for damaged item(s) must be reported to us within 24 hours of item(s) delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
To receive replacement, or refund of your item(s) you must provide proof of damage within 24 hours after receiving the item as verified by the tracking number by submitting pictures of the items(s) and the original packaging the item(s) was received in. Pictures must be sent to us thru Etsy messaging along with any documentation. Pictures and or documentation sent to any of our email accounts will not be accepted.
All of our products are made to the hightest quality. We are not resposible for damaged items due to customer misuse or normal wear.
PERSONALIZATION OF YOUR ITEMS: All engraving, printing, or personalization information must be entered into the Note to Ebo Engraving box when you go thru the checkout process. Any engraving, printing, or personalization information sent thru Etsy messaging or any or our email addresses will not be accepted. Be very sure all spelling and punctuation is correct when submitting your order as the information you send us is what will be engraved and or printed. We are not responsible for spelling or punctuation errors for customer supplied text.
QUESTIONS ON ORDERS: All questions pertaining to your order must be sent thru Etsy messaging. Messages sent to any of our email accounts will not be answered.
ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INVALID DELIVERY ADDRESS: Customer is required to pay shipping cost + $6.00 which will be set up in a custom listing on Etsy to be paid before item(s) are re-shipped to the correct address.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive official notification thru Etsy withinn 24 hours after the order is placed. Email, Postal Mail, or Phone Calls will not be accepted. Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
ORDER QUANTITY: Unless othwise stated in our listings, price listed is per single item purchased. Some listing pictures show multiple items which is for display purpose only
