This section only applies to customers outside the European Union. Buying products from businesses in the UK might incur additional customs charges and taxes which you might need to pay on receipt. We are not familiar with these charges which you might need to pay, as they vary depending on the destination country. We are not familiar with all laws and import taxes worldwide, and additional charges provided by all the destination delivery companies. Therefore you are responsible, prior to purchase, for finding out what these fees are. We will honestly declare the value of the goods in quantities of the item price We do not mark packages as "gifts" etc to defraud tax organisations, as it is illegal.
Returns & exchanges
We strive to provide you with beautiful and carefully wrapped items and hope you will love your new purchases. However, we offer a no-quibble returns policy on all our products - even if you have just changed your mind. We expect you to return the goods to us within two weeks, with a note stating the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or refund. Please do retain a Certificate of Posting. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. If an item you have received is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. In the case of faulty goods, we will reimburse you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product only. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition including the packaging.
