Genuine fossil ammonite cabochons (aka cabs) beautifully polished to a fine gloss on the surface. I have quite a few sets available; some of the chambers are light brown while others are darker, or filled with quartz. Many have at least a bit of opalization on the back, but not all of them show in the photos. Fabulous for jewellery makers, or to use as an inlay in other products. These would be great as a ring or a necklace, or paired in earrings. You can even use them in displays, or as pocket stones!
Each pair available is shown in their own photo, labelled by letter. The sizes are as follows:
Pair A - 27 mm (1+ inch) long, some opalization, nice geode crystal chambers Pair B - 27 mm (1+ inch) long, some opalization Pair C - 24 mm (4/5 of an inch), tiny bit of opalization, lighter browns Pair D - 20 mm (4/5 of an inch), bit of opalization, a few geode crystal chambers Pair E - 25 mm (1 inch), faint red opalization on one, mostly dark browns Pair F - 26 mm (just over 1 inch), some opalization, little bit of crystal in some chambers, dark brown Pair G - 20 mm (4/5 of an inch), good opalization, lighter brown
Ammonites are cephalopods that lived millions of years ago, & were preserved in stone when they died. These specimens are from Morocco.

Returns & exchanges
I work hard to make sure all of my customers are happy! You have 15 days after you receive your purchase to contact me if you have any concerns. I will replace, repair or refund if your order arrives damaged/not as described (but you may need to return it at my expense).
I accept returns, as long as you contact me first. Non-Canadian orders must be returned by regular mail (with a customs form), as I cannot accept out-of-country courier deliveries. The shipping costs in these cases are paid by the buyer. Earring returns are subject to an ear hook replacement fee, as the hooks cannot be resold.
Many of my natural items, such as shells and geodes, are somewhat fragile & cannot be dropped or mishandled without risking breakage, so please handle them with love & care!
Wholesale & custom order inquiries are welcome!
Once paid for (including down payments), custom orders cannot be refunded.
