Image of a heart hand-drawn with colored pencils on archival paper, stitched onto cotton quilt cloth and ready for bead embroidery.
Want to make a spiral heart pin like the one featured in Beaded Embellishment: Techniques and Designs for Embroidering on Cloth by Amy C. Clarke and Robin Atkins (Interweave Press, 2002) page 59? Use a cartoon hand-drawn by one of the authors (Amy) and stitched on the fabric, ready to bead.
Also includes: 1 size 11 sharp threaded with silamide thread, a plastic template cut to size, ultrasuede backing, pin back, and bail, and instructions for making the pin.
Note: The colored pencils will color the thread as the piece is being beaded--but it won't effect the piece.
Important: The beaded pin in the second photograph is shown as an example of a finished piece and is NOT included.
Convo me if you'd like a custom drawn piece--specify colors and size.
