There is color difference between your and our computer monitor, also,we choose yarn from stock,it mean not custom made yarn, all these difference are difficult to avoid,hope you understand,but we will do our best to control and make it as close as possible.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?
A: We always update it on Etsy or send via e-mail once it is shipped. During this transit time, there is nothing we can do, all we can say is please give it more time. If you do not receive within this time frame (2-3 weeks), please contact us and we will be happy to work something out.
Q: Do you offer design service?
A: Sorry, we do not offer this kind of services at this time.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Sorry, we do not allow local pick ups as we do not have an off-line store. All online transactions must be shipped for record purposes.
