Item details

Sew a soft, cuddly duck for someone special. This huggable sofite duck is ready to attend your next tea party or snuggle up for a bedtime story. Add a dapper necktie or a pretty bow to make your duck extra fun. This pattern includes instructions for both accessories, and gives you the option of making eyes from felt or using a pair of safety eyes.

This PDF sewing pattern guides you along with step-by-step photos and easy to understand instructions. If you've sewn a few projects before you'll be able to sew a duck! The pattern templates are full-sized and ready for you to print at home and the instructions are straightforward. The finished duck is 10" tall.

This listing is for a digital PDF sewing pattern. It will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.

To make a duck you'll need:

-1/2 yard of white minky or fleece
-1/4 yard of yellow minky or fleece
-1/4 yard of quilting cotton for Lester's necktie OR a scrap of quilting cotton for Lily's bow
-coordinating thread
-stuffing
-scraps of black and white felt for the eyes OR 1 pair of 12 mm safety eyes
-optional: poly pellets to give the duck's body weight (poly pellets are sold in most craft stores)

Purchased this one because my 5 yr old grandson "partner" said I needed a duck in my store. This is the one he liked. The seller endured my many questions, was very professional. Highly recommend this seller.
