This is a "shimmer" illusion tulle, very nice with a metallic gleam, very rich looking color...

A customer just remarked it looks darker than in the photo - check the bottom on each photo where it is gathered together to see a better representation, but it was a difficult color to capture.

Illusion tulle in a great gold color, perfect for veils or a flourish on anything you can imagine... soon to come in silver too.....

Cancellation of an order prior to shipping will result in same restocking charges as for returned items, if the order is already filled. If you have purchased cut yardage (ribbons or fabrics), they cannot be refunded once the order has been pulled....

California residents pay sales tax - 9.50% as per LA Country's rate. If you hold a valid California Resale #, convo me with it and I shall refund your sales taxes.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information

Here are the conditions under which we accept returns:

1. Please contact us FIRST with the reason you wish to return your items.
2. Items must be return postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
3. They must be in the same condition as when shipped.
4. They must be returned via USPS or UPS, insured for their full value.
5. They must be shipped in a waterproof, strong bubble-type envelope, wrapped as they were received, or in a box if they arrived in one.
6. Restocking fee applies.... see below:

Items over $5.00 in price will pay 25% restocking.
Items $5.00 and under will pay $1.50 per item restocking fee.

7. Any return shipping fees, including insurance, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
8. Your original purchase price only (not shipping charges) will be refunded or a shop credit issued upon receipt.

IF item(s) returned without consent, buyer will forfeit 50% of the purchase price, along with related shipping charges.

Exchanges are fine under the same conditions; you are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return as well as to reship the exchange. In some cases we can waive the restocking charges...

IF your order is lost in transit, we have insurance. Please contact us to proceed with a claim if your order is not received. You will need to digitally sign an affidavit swearing you did not receive your package.

We ship from our stockroom location in Pasadena, California. If you're in the area, contact us to obtain hours! The days and hours are very limited but if you want to come by to pick up your order we can usually arrange it.

Items listed as "Old Stock - they are new items from a supplier's older inventory, so some are vintage. As I cannot be certain in which decade they originated, they will simply be described as such.

Items listed as "Vintage" are generally older than 20 or 30 years, sometimes from the mid century as in the case of some of the millinery leaves and flowers.... unless indicated otherwise, they may show a bit of aging, some fading or a bit of folding here and there. Please be aware of this when ordering, as we do not accept returns for condition that is typical of a vintage item.
