All large and heavy items are shipped with freight companies. The freight company will call the receiver to schedule a delivery of the item. This is a delivery to your door service, these companies will not unpack or bring the item into your home. Large heavy items are packed with foam and wood crates. Please coordinate the delivery at a time when you can open the shipment prior to the drivers leaving (have extra man power on hand to open and move the package to its final destination). In the event that the item is damaged beyond repair please write: "damaged" on the BOL (paperwork that the driver will provide upon delivery) and photograph the damage. Most freight services take 5-8 days for delivery.
Please request quotes for white glove deliveries. We can coordinate white glove deliveries for an extra fee typically ranging from $300-$500.
All sales are final. We accept payment through Pay Pal, Check, Credit Cards and Direct Check Out. For custom orders, payment is either made in full or a 50% deposit is processed to initiate the project. Once the piece is completed we process any balance prior to shipment or delivery. We do not offer refunds for custom or made to order pieces. If an item arrives to you damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the piece. We will replace or repair the damaged item as Decor Atelier deems appropriate. It is crucially important to inspect the piece for damage upon receipt while the currier is present and notate any damage on the Bill of Lading that will be presented to you by the driver.
Once a custom piece is ready and Décor Atelier has contacted the purchaser for the balance prior to shipment the balance must be processed within 15 days. A $50 per week storage fee will be added to the balance for ready to ship orders that have not been paid for 15 days after the balance invoice has been submitted. A deposit and custom piece is forfeited to Décor Atelier 90 days after completion and the balance invoice is not paid.
Décor Atelier reserves the right to collect for any storage fees, legal fees or other incurred bank fees relating to non-payment of a balance.
Décor Atelier does not deliver or install any pieces without payment in full.

Currently we are on a 4-6 week time frame for new orders. Please anticipate variance in color and pattern in any items made with reclaimed wood or concrete. All items listed in the shop are made to order and the timelines outlined in the listings are estimated based on the current amount of orders in our cue and the complexity of the item. We are open to any custom requests. If you have an idea for a sculpture, drawing or furniture project of any kind we will do our best to make it happen. Please don't hesitate to contact us with your budget and idea. All furniture items in our shop can be made in custom sizes.
