We ship as soon as payment is received, however I can not ship on Holidays, week ends or postal holidays. Normally within 3 days of purchase at which time you will receive notification through either ETSY or Paypal that your item has shipped.. Notification is sent upon shipping

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Return and Refund policy states that as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped (unless the postal service destroys the item completely) within 7 days of purchase. A refund less the shipping cost will be returned to your account.
Custom candles are poured within 24 to 48 hours of the request and may take one extra day to cure before I can wrap them for shipping. Correspondence between the buyer and seller keeps everyone in the loop of what your expected ship date looks like.
