Item details

Gold and white rustic handmade paper mache beads. Chunky beads, handsculpted in a pulp of salvaged paper for use in your projects. Inspired by a custom request, I'm now making limited quantities available in my shop. Painted in complimentary gold and white tones to mimic rustic, patinaed metal beads, but nice and lightweight, since these are paper. Finished in several coats of matte sealant to create a water resistant surface.

PLEASE NOTE: these beads are currently being offered on a made-to-order basis. Turnaround to make the beads is approx. 7-10 days. Please keep this in mind when opting to order, and contact me with any questions!

Shipping rates are specified in item listings. Please convo me if you need priority shipping, as there is an additional cost for this. For regular first class shipping within the continental U.S., please allow 7-10 business days from indicated shipped date for your order to arrive. *Please note, I am unable to cover costs to reship items for which an incorrect "ship to" address was provided. Charges to reship an item are the responsibility of the customer, and will be invoiced prior to reshipment to a correct address. Thank you for understanding.

Whenever possible, I try to use clean, attractive recycled packaging for shipping orders. I recycle and hope you will too! The exception is orders which include gift wrapping, for which I use new materials. I also do my best to ensure your order is packed with great care and attention to ensuring it arrives safely at its destination, so order with confidence.

**I do my best to set accurate shipping rates for every item, and am happy to refund differences of $1 or more.

*** Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is the same as your Paypal address ~OR~ be sure to indicate the correct shipping address, if different, in notes to me when ordering (don't forget this detail if you're ordering a gift to be shipped directly to the recipient!!).

*** Please also indicate so if the merchandise is a gift, and include any personal note you wish enclosed, in which case I will carefully gift wrap and add your sentiment. studioRenee gift wrapping is a complimentary service.

Payments

***PLEASE NOTE: Since receipts are available for print, I will no longer be automatically including paper receipts with orders, for environmental and economic reasons (except in the case of international orders, in which I will include a packing slip for the benefit of customs). No receipt means less waste and impact on our environment, and also means I cut costs on ink and paper, and can offer lower prices for my customers. If you would like a receipt, please indicate so in notes to seller when placing your order, and I will be happy to include it in your package!

Merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt/successful posting of payment.

Payments are due at the time of purchase. Payments for reserved or held listings not received within 3 days will be considered non-payments, which will result in cancellation of the order/relisting of the item. That said, if something comes up, but you'd still want the item(s), please just convo me to make me aware!

Merchandise ships once payment has been received, whatever method is used. *Please note that if you pay with Paypal, and opt to send the payment as an echeck, Paypal has a 7-10 processing period before echeck payments post. Please be aware that your order will ship once the echeck payment has completed processing. Credit card payments are securely processed by Etsy. Debit cards with major credit card logos may be used the same way as credit cards. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance during check out.

Custom orders/commissions/wholesale: For special orders, I create a reserved listing. *I now offer the option to pay in full, via one listing/transaction (including shipping fees), OR split the order into two transactions (minimum order of $75 required for split payment requests)- a deposit and a balance payment transaction. There is a $2.00 fee added for split transaction payments, if you should choose that route. That fee and shipping are included in the balance payment listing. For split payments, I require a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to starting to allow me to purchase materials for your project. Once the piece is complete, I create the balance payment listing and contact you. Custom orders ship once final balance payments/transactions are completed/posted. Balances not paid within 60 days of completion/notification of project completion will be considered abandoned and result in forfeiture of finished work and deposit. Custom orders made to your specifications are nonrefundable.


Returns & exchanges

"Do you take returns?"
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me, so if you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact me and return your purchase in original condition within 10 days of communicating your intention. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of goods in original, new condition, or items that are defective (including items that break with normal use). Refunds will be for the purchase price plus shipping (return shipping is non-refundable). Please allow 7 days from receipt of returned items for your refund to post to the account from which you originally paid. Custom orders are nonrefundable.

"What happens if something arrives damaged?"
If a package appears to have been damaged in transit please try to refuse delivery if you can. If that is not possible please be sure to save all packing materials and components. Contact me to make arrangements to return the item for repair, initiate a refund, or a credit to use in my shop.

"Do you Reserve Items?"
Sure! You can request an item to be Held in your name for up to 48 hours. If the Hold expires before you complete your purchase the item will be opened back up to the public and cannot be held again for you. Please be sure you can complete your purchase within 48 hours of requesting a Hold.

"Do you have Gift Certificates?"
I accept Etsy Gift Cards.

"Do you do custom orders?"
Yes, I do accept custom orders. Once you and I discuss your needs and determine that I can produce what you want within an agreed upon time frame, I create a reserved custom listing.
