Item details

This is an updated, 2015 re-release of my Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn amigurumi pattern, in which Henry flaunts more of his historical finery, and Anne enjoys improved stability about the neck and head (though she can still be very easily decapitated, never you fear).

This (in)famous pair can be made simply to display, but they also have functional value, Henry as a pincushion, and Anne as a scissor cozy, hiding a pair of embroidery scissors inside her ill-fated head. Henry is just shy of 7 inches tall when finished, while Anne is a little smaller than Henry.

This is an intermediate pattern, but if you've made a few amis, you won't bat an eye. Required stitches include sc, HDC, DC, TC, and sc2tog. There is one color change.

To make Henry and Anne, you'll need safety eyes, several scraps of felt (yellow and red, plus larger scraps of any color), stuffing, yellow embroidery floss, and pearl craft beads.

After you place your order, you will automatically receive an email with a link to the file. No waiting! Hooray!

*Note: Again, you're buying the pattern only, not the completed couple!*

To have me crochet the couple for you, please see this listing:
