Our items typically ship within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise in the Shipping section of the listing you purchased). Weekend orders and late day Friday orders will ship the following Monday. Any exception to this will be stated inside each individual listing (ie: larger distressing orders, bulk orders, etc). All orders under 1 pound will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders weighing greater than 1 pound will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We love to recycle and be as environmentally-friendly as possible. Therefore, large orders may be shipped in used, clean boxes. Your items come from a smoke free environment and will be meticulously packaged for a safe delivery.

****DELIVERY TIMES
When your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. Please note that when you receive this notice, it means your order was completed and that your package has physically shipped. We have no control over when USPS decides to scan packages along the delivery route. In many instances, tracking information does not update until the day you receive your package. As a "general" rule, you should allow 7-10 business days for First Class Mail and up to 4 business days for Priority Mail. There are however, instances when your delivery may exceed those time frames. Please note that we can not guarantee the exact delivery date of your order. The only guaranteed method of shipment is Express Mail. This is a costly service and not included in your shipping price. If you would like to upgrade your order to Express Mail, please contact us for a quoted rate.

Shipping labels are automatically generated and printed through Etsy therefore, your item(s) will be shipped to the address shown on your Etsy order summary. THIS IS THE ONLY ADDRESS WE ARE ABLE TO SEE AND IS PRINTED ON YOUR ORDER SUMMARY. We have no knowledge of your Paypal or credit card addresses. The only address provided to us is your Etsy address so if you have changed addresses, you must update your address in your ETSY ACCOUNT to avoid lost or delayed shipments. Please note that we cannot be held responsible and/or refund orders for lost or missing items due to incorrect or non-current addresses that you have not updated in your Etsy account. We also can not be held responsible and/or refund orders where the USPS tracking information indicates the order was delivered to your address.

***PACKING SLIPS
In an effort to keep costs low, we do NOT include any packing list or paid invoices in with your order. It is very easy to review your order on Etsy by going to your order summary page. The orders you placed on Etsy from any shop never expire and are easy to view and print therefore we will not include a packing slip or paid invoice unless you request one at time of payment.

***SIGNATURES
Most orders will NOT require a signature for delivery however, we reserve the right to require a signature for delivery on orders on a situational basis. Some orders that "may" require a signature include: large orders, orders shipped in oversized boxes, new addresses that cannot yet be confirmed, etc. If your order is shipped requiring a signature and there is not an eligible signer (over age 18) at your residence, the postal carrier will leave a note that you can either 1) sign and request that the package be left the following day or 2) you can physically take the note to your post office to retrieve your package.

We accept most major credit cards (payments are made to Etsy) as well as paypal. You can view all forms of accepted payments in your shopping cart.

CUSTOM / RESERVED LISTINGS: Please note that if a custom/reserved listing was created for you, it will only remain active for 72 hours. If purchase hasn't been made during that time frame, the listing will be removed and the item(s) will be made available for sale.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
We want you to be satisfied with your order however; you may return any non-personalized item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise refund. Personalized items are not returnable/refundable and therefore it is strongly suggested that you request an email proof or order a single sample prior to purchasing personalized items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once an order is shipped, the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase is spent to ship your order out to you and therefore is no longer available to be refunded. As such, after we receive your return, you will only be refunded (via the payment method you used at time of purchase), the price you paid for the actual merchandise you return and not for any of the shipping costs you paid. If you are returning any items, please contact us so that we are aware of and can be expecting your return shipment. All return shipping costs are at the Buyers expense so you may use whatever shipping method you prefer. It is strongly suggested however, that you purchase or ship with a method that provides a delivery confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned items. All returns must be in original, unused condition.
